They always make my smoothie perfectly. I love that there are healthy options for both adults and kids so I can feel good taking my daughter here for lunch. Utterly the best smoothie spot to go to in Connecticut, the service and atmosphere is incredible. They have a good menu! And everything is completely customizable.

Nothing bad to say, any issue I’ve had had been resolved by the staff there with care. There was an instance in October 2021 when I had just had surgery and wasn’t able to drive anywhere. I had tried ordering tropical smoothie through DoorDash two separate times and both times the driver had dropped off my smoothie to another location far from my address. The manager at the time was super kind and hand delivered it to me himself. I was so grateful because it wasn’t necessary of them to do that at all but they were so cool, understanding, and respectful of my situation. Cool people, I hope they always get treated with respect as they deserve it.♥️
Fresh tasting fruits and mix isn’t over sweet either. Great portion, worth the price. We tried the Sunrise sunset and blueberry Bliss. Quick service??

This is my new favorite place. I would normally not pay $8.79 for a smoothie, but they offer a pairing. A sandwich/wrap with a smoothie. It was so worth it. The j*** chicken wrap was delish & the smoothie was amazing!!! I don't do dairy or bananas & yet they somehow manage to make my smoothie absolutely delicious

I have been meaning to stop by here whenever I am in the area and just wasn't able to. I have seen a few YTCC doing mukbang on Tropical Smoothie in their areas as well. Finally I stopped in at this location on Friday 8:12:22 evening and was greeted by Annetta very sweet she walked me through it since I haven't been in a long time. I did the Smoothie Combo Avocado Grilled Cheese, Kale Apple as my side and Mango Berry Cosmo wow everything was delicious and on point. Definitely recommend this combo, location and kudos to the staff that was there they know who the team was all very nice. The young man I spoke to who made my smoothie down to the person prepared my sandwich and the Manager I see you Thanks all for the great return experience

Ordered ahead, was not ready when I walked in, but my boyfriend’s was, who had ordered after me for the exact same time. Ordered cheddar sun chips. Given garden vegetable sun chips with no warning, disgusting. Tell me if you don’t have what I ordered. Smoothies are always average here. Only came for “free smoothie day” which still required a purchase of their disgusting food lol.
