Haley totally made our experience amazing! We came here before a show at college music hall amd my mom has a SERIOUS dairy allergy. She bent over backwards to ensure we got a suitable meal and her smile and compassion was fantastic. We will be back. Fantastic service and yummy food! Thank you!

First time at Via in Connecticut. Our server had great recommendations! We had lamb chops, hot honey chicken wings and honey glazed brussel sprouts. Everything was good! The atmosphere when entering was trendy and fun. The lights and the lip chair where you could take pictures also added to the inviting scene of the restaurant. Would definitely go back to try other items on the menu!

Don’t go to this place unless you want a terrible experience:( I went this past Saturday with my friends for her birthday, terrible customer service , got kicked out right after we received our food , was told we had to pay and leave, over a drink, they allowed me to bring in .

AMBIANCE!!! This is the perfect spot for a ladies night, happy hour or a date night. Small plate choices and Happy Hour menu is drool worthy! Plus!! $4 drinks! The staff is attentive and not over-bearing (they've obviously been trained to perfect this). I love that we weren't rushed! I'll be back!!
I’ll get straight to the point. The host was okay. She sat us however I had to go back up to her to ask if anyone knew we were here. The waiter RALPH was terrible. He needs another 2/3 weeks of training. Zero hospitality, I said we never been here we drive a little way to get here he doesn’t explain the menu. He says nothing but what do you wanna order. He came over to us 2 times out of 2 hours. I ordered unlimited mimosas and only received 2. He said they stop serving them at 3pm had I was communicated that I would have ordered more and got my moneys worth. He said oh okay and walked off. He needs training badly. Insane how that can ruin a business and it’s so cute inside but I’ll never drive back let alone. 48 minutes.

I came into Via for brunch and was wonderfully surprised that they have a plethora of small plate offerings. Bottomless mimosas are incredibly reasonable at $23 per person. The restaurant is beautiful with decor throughout the whole place and a plant wall! Our server was very nice and attentive. We ordered a ton of food and everything was pretty much amazing. The empanadas do have a funky cheese in them other than that everything was delicious. This is the perfect place to bring a group and share a bunch of food among yourselves.
