Walked in to pick up an online order. As I'm standing in line some guy just walks in yells "hello everybody!" Then turns to me and belligerently says "excuse me hello! you can say hi, you got a mask on" and then starts flashing a flash light in my face. None of the staff said or did anything.I left really just disappointed, is this what the atmosphere is? Ignorence.I can't even enjoy my meal, my mood is ruined. I don't want to come back anymore. :(

I’ve actually never eaten here before and never wanted to. I’m standing on the corner waiting to cross the street after paying $24 for two subs in a container that based off my visual already doesn’t look like I got what Inpaid for mind you I walked here 20 minutes after calling to place the orderIt took 10 minutes to get here and I still waited another 10 minutesWhen I get home I am going to take a picture of this $12 off because I am 100% sure I will NOT be satisfied….10min later… I opened the container to see my purchase and was as dissatisfied as I expected to be… so I called them and the man that answered the phone said bring the sandwhich back and he will refund me my money….He was rude and he hung up in my face.I’m too hungry to walk back and return the sandwich but I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM.Had their Pizza a couple weeks ago and if you are a New Yorker, or a Modern or Pepe’s fan then you know this pizza is trash!!!Just don’t order a sub from them unless you are starving and have no other choice and $12 to waste on bread lettuce and cheese because I promise you this sandwich is NOT worth $12!!!

Yum! Ordered a pepperoni pizza and it smelled absolutely divine on the car ride home. It tasted fantastic super garlicy and crispy thin pan style pizza crust. Definitely going to get this again! I was not disappointed.
