I take my family to this lovely place from time to time! This is the best place to to have a good dinner. I visit this spot frequently. The meals are just great, the team is welcoming and the prices are reasonable. I enjoy meeting in this spot to have a rich lunch.

every time i order delivery from them they cancel my order whats the point of you offering the service if your going to always cancel. I've tried ordering from grub hub and got canceled and now door dash smh. i tried to like this place but i guess they don't like me or they don't want to deliver...if thats the case they need to stop working with delivery businesses.

The seafood was fresh and tasted fantastic. We got the Whalley Combo platter and it had scallops, shrimp, fish, clam strips, and 1/2 fries 1/2 onion rings. It was all cooked to perfection!

The food good. They are a very place so its take out only.(We didn't know that before going) Had the Whiting sandwich very good. They need to decide which menu they should use. They had three menus with assorted different items on each one. They would be better off having one menu, if they had one menu they would get 4 stars! Other wise it would be a place I would go back to next time in New Haven.

I'm a bus operator on a charter to Yale University and was looking for parking away from downtown, saw Whallys and looked up the reviews, so I decided too try it, best choice I've ever made, there lemon shrimp and regular shrimp is amazing, extremely good and the nice lady asked if I wanted too try there homemade coleslaw, wow they can sell it in supermarkets, very good food, will definitely comeback.

Portions are small and a little pricey for small portions but fish is good had fish sandwich my sister had scallops again small portion but very good fries good also very small location but you can eat outside also love the hush puppies too.great location and food always friendly been there three times.I like it clean I definitely would go there again and they wear gloves.....Loving that...five stars for gloves
