Be careful ordering thru door dash Uber eats and soo on went to pick up a order for a customer was told someone else pick it up and cancelled the customer order they need to start verifying order before handing them out to anyone without proof of customer

Soda machine wasn't working, so no mixing or refills. Medium Whopper meal costs $15 now. You have to pay dipping sauces in addition. Seems like they are just trying to keep costs down.
I came to this location this morning looking forward to breakfast…. There was one car in line at the drive through in front of me. Idk how long she waited, but she eventually pulled off. I pulled up and im greeted with an automated response… but there is NO ONE THERE! No one showed up to work. Idk how much business you lost today because of this but im absolutely done dealing with the fast food chains on that road. Ill go to flanders or groton from now on.

This place is so cheap they consistently skimp on things they are supposed to do and it's disturbing. Examples: gives a child's drink (12oz.) instead of a value drink (16oz.) and when ordering the Big King, they have repeatedly put only 2 pieces of cheese when it's advertised as having 4. I know these things seem minor and pesky to complain about, but in the wake of 10% inflation and daily living costs constantly increasing, it's beyond shameful a person can't go to a restaurant and expect advertised goods without having to argue for it. Prices are going up on everything EXCEPT personal wages, and companies like these continue to nickel and dime; not only their employees, but the customers as well. Rant over ?

I repeat never waste your money here , stale buns , give wrong buns out for food, everything's ice cold , Didn't put bacon on my BACON melt, made messy and the quality is absolutly disgusting . usually a fan of bk but this location is a dump . contacting corporate abour this store ??? 0 stars if i could . cross

I got a meal and didn’t receive my drink through drive thru. Asked the lady when she brought my food out if she could bring me my drink. Waited 5 min and never brought it out had to go inside to get it, and then I asked for more ranch and they said they were out and asked if she could check for more. She found more but said I had to pay additional for the ranch, I paid. The fact she lied that she didn’t have anymore just makes this place sketchy. Wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for another Burger King to go to.
