Stopped at the Holiday Inn to get warm, was thrown out by the front desk. I'm 71, just got out of dialysis and was waiting for a cab, it was about 30 degrees outside. Was told to sit on bench outside. The LA Luna had nothing to do in this situation, it was Holiday Inn front desk.

The service unfortunately SUCKS! The food is great if you’re willing to wait about an hour but between being acknowledged , getting the menu then waiting another 20 minutes to ORDER drinks LET ALONE YOUR FOOD, no I would rather just go somewhere else. I rather go get “okay” food with GREAT service then get GREAT food with bare the minimum service .This place has gone down hill and I see why.

I have to say this place absolutely lived up to the hype. The bar menu is awesome and offers a lot of really good mid-size plates. The dinner menu has so many great Italian pasta choices... The bread comes with a really nice cilantro sauce that is so different... First restaurant I've been to in a long time that actually played music while you ate that was great too it was so entertaining. They had projector TVs and comfy places to sit. Great experience. Nice spot.

What a nice hidden gem. We enjoyed the hospitality and scratch made food. The bread is wonderful and highly addictive. We enjoyed the clams casino and the calamari was lightly breaded and fried with a tomato dipping sauce. The seafood pasta was prepared well with fresh mussels and clams in a light butter garlic sauce. The veal marsala was tender and flavorful and the chicken parmesan did not disappoint. One of the most charming aspects of this establishment is the professional yet personal service of its staff. Thank you all for making this celebratory occasion even better.

All I can says is wow! We got seated very quickly. Our waiter was very kind and efficient. The food was amazing!!! It came out quickly and hot. The bread they served before our dinner was to die for. I highly recommend.Kid-friendliness: They had a good kids menu and plastic cups for kids with straws.

The absolute worst bartender on the planet. Rude, slow, more interested in serving/talking to her friends. Avoid at all costs.

We love coming, sitting in the bar, enjoying happy hour. Sara and Anne make it our perfect after work stop. We have been coming in for years. At times a few times a week! Never had a bad time until we sat in the dining room. We were served by Laura. Harsh, unfriendly, unpleasant and rough. She isn’t a fine dining server as we would have expected from our experience here. She was pushy, seemingly stressed, and very unpleasureable. She was yelling at the poor lady up front who was seating tables. It is unprofessional and wrong. Food and drinks were fabulous as usual. We were going to a show at the Garde next door and decided to try out the dining room. Big mistake. We have had some of the best times and made many great friends when we go for happy hour. Sadly the dining room was slow again Saturday as we would have expected more since there was a show across the street. I would expect more for your waiters then this. That was our first and last time in the dining room. It’s incredibly sad how one bad experience may ruin a customer opinion, luckily for us, our wonderful experiences in the bar far outweigh the horrific experience we had in the dining. I would expect better when you are serving meals at that price range.

Male server excellent, but food coming out time terrible.Bruscetta hard. Their garlic knots add green sauce is to die for, but only got 3 for 2 people.Linguine good ,but lobster overcooked and tasted frozen type.Salmon good.Had to wait 20 minutes to make coffee.Lady in bar at night great, even though I only ordered 2 iced teas...the non-alcoholic type.Didn't try for breakfast or lunch.
