Worst Popeyes around. The baldheaded GM is very rude and does not help with customers. As I was waiting 25 minutes for my food, I can hear him yelling at his employees in the background. Not good for business. Whoever this guy is needs to be fired he does not belong in the hospitality business.

There's no signs saying that the dining room closes at 8 so they should fix that. Waited in line for over half an hour, no one ever spoke to me at the menu box after waiting for five minutes in silence - but I'd ordered on the app so I went ahead anyway.When I got to the window, I was told that they didn't have an order under my name. The manager had an attitude with me and then when I did get my order - Cajun fries and 8 sweet heat sauces - I asked if he put all the sauces in and he said yes. I left cuz almost 40 minutes passed and I had only wanted some fries. But when I finally checked the bag, the fries were warm and he only put 6 sauces. If I hadn't paid for them, it wouldn't have bothered me but that took so long to met with an attitude and have stuff missing.Go to the Groton one instead ?

Chicken was cooked to perfection and Mac and cheese was really good, very cheesy. Food was quick and seemed like straight out of the fryer. Great meal.
Both the New London & Norwich Popeyes do not make the food fresh to order. Not even the french fries they are reheated and hard. Those two need to be shut down. If you want the sandwiches made fresh, you have to go to Groton. And even in Groton, if you get a bucket of chicken, I suggest you go inside so you can get a batch of chicken that they just cooked.

Very inconsistent quality, when they are on their A game it is really good but it is hit or miss and you never know what you are going to get or how you will be treated.
Manager was understanding and helped us when a worker charged us for the wrong order, but said worker that charged us for the wrong order was a complete asshole to say the least and got really defensive when called out for making a mistake. Would not go to the location in general. It was ridiculously slow and we were handed the wrong order more than twice.

LITERALLY TOP DOWN WORST EMPLOYEES IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. My fiancé and I ordered from this location a handful of times. Always something missing, or never the right drinks, or sauce etc. When we go back to have our ordered corrected we are questioned like we are in the wrong and looked at like we r just trying to get free food. This last visit however was when we decided we will take the drive to Groton every time instead. We placed a mobile order around 7:30pm. Pulled up to drive thru around 8:05pm. Asked if we could switch the drink to a strawberry lemonade from a mango lemonade and was told no because it was an up charge. We said we can pay the difference no problem but was told no since it was an online order. So we pull up to the window and the lady, looked like the manager comes to the window and asks what was the name on the order, she claimed she didn’t have an order for that name. We heard another employee say they had the ticket right here and she still claimed the ticket wasn’t there and she couldn’t make the order so we can contact customer service if we wanted further help. There was nothing she could do for us. 10/10 will never go to this location again and highly recommend that no one else does either. Take the extra few minute drive to Groton location for better food and service 100/100

We just recently went there to get chicken sandwiches and unfortunately they didn’t have any available but the lady behind the counter made it work even when it looked like they were pretty low staffed while there was people in the drive through also.
