Unlike the vegan chains that are proliferating, offering vegan junk food, this place is local and if you choose well healthy too. The owner chef makes the food. Everything we got was very tasty. My prosperity bowl was excellent and the sour cream and jack cheese made in house. Not the Frankenstein stuff that so many restaurants use. The corn chowder was fabulous. I got a pecan turtle for dessert and it was so good. I bought a second one. Can't say that was healthy, but it was worth every bite.

THIS IS A VEGAN OASIS if you find yourself in the area!! Although I'm more of a comfort foodie vegan and less of a health food vegan, I was satisfied with the extensive menu options. The prices are fair for the quality of the food offered, and the space is gorgeous and relaxing. I tried many different menu items over the course of two meals and was never unhappy with my purchase. I did find some fuzzies and a (pet?) hair in my food more than once, and the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been maintained better, but I really did Love this place. My favorite part was honestly the vegan message board with posted messages of animal rights advocacy and the "Gratitude: FREE" menu option; it's the little things. :)Vegetarian options: ALL VEGAN EVERYTHING!!Kid-friendliness: Family-friendly dining spaceDietary restrictions: Almost all gluten free and raw!

We almost always get the "bowls", which routinely have quinoa, rice or other solid bases, with tasty stuff added. My favorite is the Bowl of Karma!

Complete Gem located in New London, Connecticut! I searched vegan and bam 1 place in my area that was fully vegan and it was amazing!!!! They even had meals to go so I had something to eat for dinner as well. The flavors, textures, and portions of the food all were exceptional! I can't say enough good things about this place. Found in Google maps searching for vegan food on the way from NY to Mystic and so glad we stopped. The selection of vegan food is insane! And it is amazing. Great teas, coffee and desserts too. Big and comfortable interior. And the owner and staff were super nice. You can buy swag too. This will be on my list of places to go that are worth the trip.

I love this place! We drive between NY and MA a few times a year, and almost always stop here - as it is a quick detour off of 95 and the food is delicious! Everything they sell is wholesome and fresh. The people who work in there are always on top of it and friendly, and the space itself is spacious and has great vibes. Thank you to the staff for the reliably good atmosphere, service, and food!

My sister and I came here, she visits frequently and I've been here a few times now. Love to have healthy plant based options where there are otherwise no other option really! This place is a gem. I got the lavender latte without espresso and it was sooooo yummy. I also got the monk bowl and the hydrator smoothie (watermelon and chia seeds etc) everything was so delicious and refreshing and healthy ??thanks Rob for the knowledge on teas and the medicinal benefits of the ingredients! My sister loved the chaga chai! A lot of love goes into preparing it as well. Ask Rob for his process and be impressed!

Coffee was really good, the energy ball we had was sooo good I would love to know how they prep the dates because they had a wonderful caramel taste and texture. Scone & meatloaf were great too. The 1 let down was the chocolate cake. Unfortunately it was dry & a bit hard. I give it 4 stars because it was my first visit & I haven't tried everything.
