Nice ambiance and music playing in the background welcomes you in. I was able to sit wherever I wanted. There was only 1 person here, besides me. I ordered their cranberry Vanilla Mule. Really tasty and the freaking libation I would recommend to anyone who likes vodka and lime. My drink came in a little can with a lime. Different take on a mule and worth trying. I ordered a Naruto Salmon roll and a Su Sa Tower. Great picks for someone that wants the protein vice fillers. I liked the candles that were lit in the background of the restaurant. Nice soft touch to make the experience even better. Fresh fish on the line and it tasted even better than it looked, which seems hard to achieve but they did it! Tuna Tower was hitting the right spot! Crunchy with the most delicious tuna and the sauce set it off. Great pairing of protein and sauce. Naruto Roll was crunchy and flavorful. Nicely plated as well. I greedily ate both appetizers and was full. Remember my reviews are based on Those that had a Bariatric surgery and can not eat a lot. Took me about 45 minutes to eat all of it and 1 drink. I definitely left happy and full. The waiter offer fried coconut ice cream. Jesus pray for me. I so wanted it but knew I couldn't eat all of it so I didn't get it. Maybe next time . Great spot for those that want a bite while waiting for their train too.

We were skeptical at first, but once we realized that it was the same owner as Noodle & Rice Bistro down the street, we knew we wouldn't be disappointed. Ordered the Tuna Tataki for an app, and then The Seafood Monster roll, The Red Lady roll and the Tanzana roll. FANTASTIC!! So fresh, and the service is impeccable. I love that they have a variety of salads and ramen too. This is our new sushi go-to! I wish I had taken a pic of our beautiful rolls, but we dug into them so fast!

My niece left her purse in the restaurant. We headed to our car in the parking lot, that dude / waiter flew in like Superman on a scooter returning the purse and saving the day - literally. Sushi Superhero! Oh and the food was topnotch. 5 stars!

We’ve been at this location a couple times now and it is the sister location of noodle rice and bistro. It is absolutely amazing and replicates the type of hospitality you will get in both restaurants. I love how cozy it seems, and there is a waiter named Papi who is very very nice and seems to work there a lot. I hope to come back again.

Phenomenal! I was totally taken by surprise that this little sushi restaurant in downtown New London would be this high quality and delicious. Everything was served with flare and a fancy touch. Highly recommend it for date night or special occasions. The service was also excellent and warm.Definitely try the Naruto rolls. They aren’t common at sushi places but they are so fresh and light. Make a perfect appetizer.

We arrived as a hungry family of 3 generations and left fully satisfied and unable to wait for our next visit. The service was wonderful and attentive. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautiful. We were two busy eating to take pictures, but we had a large variety of rolls, both wonton & miso soup, fried dumplings, and the spicy sashimi salad. Run, don't walk to this gem in New London. Don't settle for subpar sushi elsewhere.

This place was fantastic. It started off with happy hour from 4-6 everyday and amazing service. The rolls we got were also very good. The Veggie Miracle roll was actually the best roll we had, we got another after. The Maguro Fugi and Sponge Bob were also very good.I would recommend this to anyone in the Groton/New London area. We will be going back for the food and service.Dietary restrictions: They asked if you have allergies.

Cocktails, service, ambiance, food, location, all amazing. We will be back many times! It was prepared very quickly too. We love everything about this place.
