Went in to order takeaway and decided to have a drink at the bar. First off, how gorgeous the bar area is. They are ready for Easter that’s for sure. We waited about 15-20 min and our food was ready. Everyone was very polite, service was quick and the food delicious.

Highly recommended!Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options even listen on the menu. Clearly labeled sections, even the appetizers have a vegetarian section.Dietary restrictions: The menu is wonderfully separated by category, they have options for everyone including vegetarian and vegan options.Parking: Right when you pull in there’s plenty of space to park behind and around the building.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly and welcoming environment. We saw plenty of families when I dined with my mother and grandmother.

We had a very bad experience at this restaurant. Extremely rude staff and average food. All hype and no show. We cancelled our orders and walked out in between a meal due to the treatment by the staff. Would give a more negative rating if possible.

I've only been to the spice palette a few times, and every single time, it has been absolutely amazing.The food tastes astounding, and it's flavored and spiced perfectly. The portions are very generous for the price, you will not leave hungry or disappointed. The food also looks so appetizing when brought out, it is abundantly clear that the owner(s) and the kitchen staff care deeply for their craft and want to serve the best food they can.If you are looking for an absolutely amazing restaurant in New London, you have to come to the Spice Palette!Vegetarian options: There are many sections of the menu that are either entirely vegetarian/vegan or contain many vegitarian/vegan options.Dietary restrictions: The menu is labeled very clearly with what allergens are in what dishes, and there are a great multitude of allergen friendly options.

This was our first visit and we'll definitely be back! The food and service was 10/10. There's definitely something for everyone on this menu from spicy to mild, vegetarian to meat lovers, and even delicious chicken nuggets for the kiddos that may not be quite as adventurous with their food. The garlic naan bread and lamb samosas were heavenly and our kids loved the lassis. Both were good but we definitely favored the mango one. The chicken Tikka masala and mango chicken were amazing and something I'll definitely be craving again soon I'm sure. Don't forget the casaata ice cream! That was a huge hit with all of us. You also cannot beat the service here. Everyone was so friendly and patient as we struggled to narrow down our selections to something reasonable vs half the menu.
Damn this was good. In our never ending search for wonder Indian food here in CT, we tried Spice Palette and it was awesome. Big portions, excellent flavor, perfect service, clean restaurant. It was so good we couldn't stop eating! We'll be back!
