Love this local place. Great place with a counter and a menu with many options. Right across from the old railroad station.

Ok, on the pros- the service is good as is the ambience. Now, I can't speak for their desserts or other lunch/dinner options. But I can speak for the pizza. It's terrible. I mean, force it down with buyer's regret terrible. Maybe we just happened to get a bum pie but this crime against humanity hardly had any sauce. The sauce is probably the most important part of a pizza. It was literally soft crust bread with melted cheese. Probably the worst pizza I've ever eaten.

Not crazy about the place. I have had better stuff elsewhere and the lady who prepared my order, sneezed repeatedly in front of me without using a tissue or washing her hands

I can honestly say there is something wrong with our order 100% of the time - and we are the fools who keep going back there. Much like many of the other yelp reviews, All Aboard still cannot figure out how to execute an order the way it is placed. Their online ordering system is not connected to whatever they use in house, so they have to manually enter orders for the cooks - with clearly zero diligence. Calling doesn't help though, they still get it wrong. Every time we ask them to correct our order, they place the blame on us, and make excuses as to why it is not their fault. If you do go here to pick up food, make sure to open up every single item. Latest fiasco was the staff arguing with me what a Caesar salad was - they made a house salad with Cesar dressing on the side. Took a solid 5 minutes to explain and remedy the situation.

I usually stop in here whenever I visit New Milford- it's directly across the street from the old NH RR station. The prices are reasonable and the pizza is very nicely prepared and tastes great.I especially like the RR memorabilia displayed all around the dining area.

I have tried a number of things here and their menu a lot to choose from. I had the BBQ cheddar burger and it was not good. It lacked flavor, overdone and dry but the fries were decent. Appetizers such as the mozzarella sticks and potato skins aren't bad. The mozzarella sticks are pretty basic and the potato skins are O.K. The 2nd time I ordered them, definitely not cooked enough. ( unlike the first time ) Let's talk about calling/ordering....more than 2 occasions, my pizza order was incorrect. These orders were called in and twice, a pizza that was supposed to consist of entirely 3 toppings and I ended up receiving 2 on one half & 1 on the other. One evening I called in an order ( appetizers & a pizza ) and kept getting asked by the employee to repeat what I wanted for the pizza and she still got it wrong by missing a topping. The kids working there need better direction/training on order taking & customer service. The pizza here is borderline satisfactory & unsatisfactory. Definitely not the best in the area. When the pizza order is correct & based on my experiences here....I found limited toppings placed on the pizzas, poorly sliced, soggy but the sauce was not bad. Do i recommend this place? No. Hopefully the service and food improves because it is a shame to have such a great location in town be a waste of space. Am I willing to give them another try? Maybe.

Pizza slices not good at all. No flavor almost no sauce at all. Soggy and toppings just placed onto a cheese slice before heating up. Picked up a slice to eat it and literally all the pepperoni just fell off.

If you like the idea of a classic pizza place with a great food, friendly service and an all around great experience, this is the place to go. My wife and I shared a buffalo chicken pizza, a shrimp scampi pizza and garlic knots. All were top knotch eats for us. We definitely plan on coming back and if you've never been, I highly recommend taking a trip.

We've tried everywhere in New Milford. All Aboard is quick, consistent, inexpensive, and their garlic knots are the BEST.The employees are always nice, as well. Always a bonus!

The food is gross and it would definitely be a little more professional if they didn't dress in sweatpants and slippers

It is sad to see a new Milford staple fall so hard all aboard pizza used to be the best in town now it is over priced food not cooked well. I’ve said the last three times ordering from there that this is the last time but I keep hoping they rebound and want to support local business. But the food is bad I just ordered a cheese pizza with barely any sauce with raw crust It has to be the cooks. They at least need new cooks. Customer service is usually pretty good though. I won’t be back.

All Aboard is a great little gem in New Milford. The staff are always very friendly and the atmosphere is unique. A great selection of pizza and ice cream as well as a surprisingly good beer tap selection for a small restaurant. The pizza and wings are excellent and you can never go wrong with the fries. I personally recommend the Cajun nachos, by far one of the best nacho plates I've had.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly atmosphere, trains all over the walls and friendly staff

UPDATE: I double checked the DoorDash order and it doesn’t look like my request was passed to them from the delivery app. I adjusted my rating based only on the food I ate.Placed an order that included French onion soup with this note in the preferences box.“ Please DO NOT ADD ANY BREAD. I am on a gluten free diet.”Soup smelled great, sadly it in the trash…

Everyone knows the rules... 2.4 score pizza. Won't slander as it is simply my experience and preference but I'll never order pizza from here again. Wings were dry rub and pretty good. 7.4 I'd say.
