I was looking to grab a breakfast sandwich. This place really delivered. They made my sandwich just as I asked. It was hot and fresh. The bagel was soft and had really great flavor. The service was fantastic I was immediately greated with a smile and my order was taken right away, by a friendly young man. Great food and great service.

Best bagels in the area. Smaller, more quaint location than the Brookfield and Danbury locations. In addition to bagels, they also have breakfast sandwiches, deli sandwiches, wraps, and coffee.

i've gone to the bagel man in new Fairfield in Danburry and I came to the bagel man in New Milford for the first time today. All I ordered was a bacon egg and cheese with extra bacon extra egg and it turned out to $9.$.50 just about I will never ever in my life come here again for not even for a cuppa coffee and that's a sad part. I wanted a cuppa coffee on top of my breakfast sandwich and I didn't even order one because that is waaayyy to much!! what I paid here today will never happen again I paid $6-$7 and something cents at the other two bagel man I have gone to I did not even get enough bacon for what I have paid for. This is so wrong and disrespectful towards the customers who work hard to come here to give our money to get robbed. That's how I see it as everywhere I get shorted on if it's at the diner, if it's at the deli I will file complain. I'm not gonna complain about it because it's my first time here and I am posting this so people know yes their food is good but there are other places we can go for the same quality food for half the price I am very upset right now as a customer I will never come back!

Needed a quick bite. So I Googled Bagels nesr me. They immediately came up. I walked in, very clean and friendly atmosphere. Bathrooms are spotless. The food was amazing. It tasted home made. And the coffee was spot on. I highly recommend this place. Employees were great.

These bagels are amazing! As a former New Yorker, I can honestly say that these are the best in the area! And the owner is unbelievably gracious. He went out of the way to ensure that we had our order Thanksgiving morning even though there was a delivery mix-up from Seamless. (My sister, who was in from NYC for Thanksgiving, also gave the bagels (and the muffins) rave reviews.

It's not Tal, but Bagelman is not too shoddy! Bagels here are softer and more airy than what you might find at a top notch NYC bagelry, the crust not as chewy and well developed -- but I don't think we've found better in the New Milford area. Our family loves the saltier-than-average seasoning on the everything bagels, the fresh cream cheese, grilled cheese and breakfast sandwiches. I love the mellow, not-overly-acidic iced coffee. The staff are almost all high school-aged kids and most are very sweet and on top of their game. A few times, we've encountered kids who only very reluctantly came to the register to take orders, and who clearly did not want to be there -- but that's not the norm. Eating outside at one of the outdoor patio tables with our pup on a sunny autumn day is truly one of life's simple pleasures.
