I rarely receive good service here! They hire the most ignorant young people to work here. I went one time and ordered food and coffee (she didn't great us or thank us and ask us to drive up!) At the window, she hands us the food and we are waiting for the coffee for a few minutes and she snidely says to the other employee and says," I don't know what they are waiting for?" I say, " We're waiting for our coffees!". We continue to wait and she says it again and again I respond a bit louder cause I thought she didn't hear me the 1st time!!!! She looks at the order and the other employee makes and gives us our drinks....all this time not a Thank you or sorry for the misunderstanding! I will not be going back there again and if I find out it's part of a franchise that one person owns, I will not go to those stores either! I prefer McDonalds coffee anyway!

Every single time I go to this location my drink is incorrect in some way and a different price even though I order the same thing each time. Two of the woman who work here, an older woman and a younger blond woman have attitudes. There’s another location 15 minutes out of my way on Danbury Rd and I’ve started to just go there instead because it’s always made right there and the people who work there are much nicer

It took them five minutes to give me a coffee and two donuts, I drive away and I only have one donor and they charged me for two and I can’t get them on the phone and they do not have an answering machine. So yeah, I got gypped and I don’t have time to go back and get this fixed

There was a simple issue with my online order and the manager was extremely unprofessional. She slurred her words and wasn't even able to talk in a correct sentence as if she was strung out. I am never going back to this dunkin.

The employee was very unprofessional and rude. Horrible customer service. I didn’t get my chocolate frosted and got charged for it. I didn’t get my receipt either. The donuts looked like they were already bitten by rats and looked dirty as if they had fallen on the floor. Really disgusting. Waste of money. Do not recommend.
Don't bother online ordering from this Dunkin. They almost always mess up the order, forgetting items, and their drive through line is ridiculous. Dunkin isn't the greatest to start with but they really struggle at this location. Don't bother calling. They won't answer and their Voicemail is full.

Went to this Dunkin early Sunday afternoon. My husband ordered a hot decaf coffee and it was not even remotely warm. Donuts were stale and we had to choose several different flavors of donut before we could find one they actually had because they were out of everything. Long line at the drive thru too, surprising since that location is terrible!

They need a zero stars option for this dunkin. it's disgusting. First they gave me food poisoning. Second they charged me for a medium drink when i ordered and received a small one. I also ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and only received the bagel (no egg bacon or cheese). But i paid full for the bacon egg and cheese.
