Staff is great, but I showed up yesterday to pick up my mobile order half an hour after they opened, "sorry, no donuts yet. We'll owe ya. Come back tomorrow." Come back the next day...an hour and 15 minutes after they opened..."Sorry Randy, no donuts yet, I still owe ya." F****** great. After my card balance is depleted, I'm done. Instead of wasting time with fancy breakfast toast and snacking bacon, maybe go back to the old days when the donuts were baked in house. This is f****** ridiculous. It's bad enough the app limits the actual selections and doesn't let the locations adjust their individual inventory. Ask Starbucks who makes their app. They have that feature.
