Gave me a HOT hot fudge sundae with the lid half off. Hot fudge Burned my hand, destroyed my vest I was wearing. Melted ice cream all over the car, seatbelt and my hair.When you are handling ice cream, PUT LID ON TIGHTLY, PUT IT IN A BAG!!!!!!

It's not the same as a real Sonic. The whole ambiance of a Sonic is lost without the parking spaces and the car hops. Additionally, the Sonic and the one in Danbury do not have half the menu the ones in Texas do. I rated them a three but basically they're a disappointment.

This sonic is absolutely terrible. I have been to many sonics and this is the worst. The cheeseburger and the chicken we got were disgusting. The place is dirty. The service at the counter was terrible. Bathrooms and dining area were dirty and gross never again going there. I am surprised they are able to operate a food establishment like this. Going to reach out to the town of New Milford somebody is going to get sick eating here.

Food was mediocre. Milkshake lacked a sufficient amount of mix ins as depicted. Waited for 15 minutes for our food and another 5 minutes to get our milk shakes. Ordering process was inefficient and required multiple repeats.

Ordered a drink with fruit in it (cherry limeaid) and CONSTANTLY get handed drinks without Cherry or Lime. I have even added fruit to the drinks and have not gotten them. I have asked at the window "you put the fruit in it right?" and told yes. Only to find no fruit when I finihsed the drink or slush. This constant issue still needs to be fixed. Someone also need to talk to John/Jon about his attitude toward customers. He has been consistantly rude when I have gone through inside or outside. Acts like it takes so much time to help a customer.

In this economy it can be hard to afford lunch every day with the prices that all the other fast foods are charging.. I never skip a sonic Monday when it's two corn dogs for a dollar. How can you argue with that? The tots are always great. My only complaint is that the mello yello never tastes the way that it should. It seems like it has some vanilla or something in it which really taints the taste. And that's too bad because it's hard to find mello yello around here.

Had to wait 10 minutes to order took another 10 minutes to get my food. The chicken sandwich is the size of a goofball. And it was a 9 dollar meal. Never going here again. The service is terrible and the food is also that.

It's in a horrible spot. I guess that's OK because the food and service are abominable. The drive up server was more worried about the cars behind me than taking my order. THERE WASN'T A CAR BEHIND ME. The food and service match each other TERRIBLE.

Food/drinks are ok. They messed up my items a couple times, like ordering oreo shake and getting snickers. (Have allergies). Line was too long to fix it, so I just gave it away. Couple times I ordered a shake it was literally 1/4 shake and the rest whipped cream (5 bucks). When asked for receipt they gave me an attitude about it and the person getting it handing to the person at the window gave me an attitude too and had this nasty look on her face
