This is not so much a review of this Starbuck, but of a travel mug that I got there. I used to have a Starbucks 'Lucy', it kept my coffee hotter than any other travel mugs. Got a new one here, a 12oz with this flat top. Flip the flat top over and it opens. The mouthpiece that the coffee comes out of was too big, and the part that flipped it open kept sliding off the center. I was extremely disappointed. Got myself a $12 16oz Contigo and couldn't be happier. Starbucks: Go ahead and overdesign your coffees, but I suggest you might want to keep your mugs simple and effective like the Lucy used to be.

I ordered an oat milk matcha latte and did not receive oat milk in it. I am lactose intolerant and didn't have any pills with me to take for it because I was not expecting to receive dairy in my drink. be more aware of the drinks and ingredients. It said oat milk on the label and I emphasized that I needed it because this Starbucks has messed up many of my orders in the past. Oat milk is 70 cents extra. I should be receiving what I pay for not only because I paid for it but also because lactose intolerance is a common condition and if someone is asking for a non dairy option, you should automatically assume its because of that. I shouldn't pay extra for something to not receive it as well as having the workers carelessness ruin my entire day because I am in extreme pain and discomfort.

While I thoroughly enjoyed the drink that I ordered (it was made to perfection!), the low rating is in response to the ambiance of this location.The exterior of the building isn’t aesthetically pleasing and is a harsh monochrome gray. The parking lot is large, but almost feels “run down.” And while I appreciate the ample drive -thru, I think they’re could be a more direct point of entrance, differentiating from the parking spots. The wait in the drive thru also felt incredibly long with a 5 minute standstill snd yet, there were only a few customers on line.Given the location, especially to the Walmart and other stores, I might stop in again. Perhaps, the interior leaves a little more to be desired.

I arrived at the establishment, and I must say that the service was satisfactory, and the premises were well-maintained during my visit. Furthermore, my order was prepared promptly.However, I have a concern regarding the taste of my beverage. Strangely, it had an overly syrupy taste, which is not the norm for this particular drink. Typically, it has a different flavor profile. Unfortunately, I couldn't request an exchange because I was pressed for time and needed to leave promptly.Despite this issue, I am inclined to return to this location in the future. To prevent a similar situation, I will make it a point to sample my drink before departing.

Disorganized! My daughter got her cold drink fast, but my wife and son’s drinks took another 22 minutes to be ready. I ordered at the counter, but after 14 minutes of waiting, I canceled the order.I imagine going to a restaurant and your partner gets the food 12 minutes after you. I talked to management and she could not wait for me to leave, she could care less.this happened around 11:10 AM on 09/16/23

Ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch - very disappointed!We ordered at the counter, only ones inside. She made 5 other drive-thru drinks before she made ours. The drink was 2 inches of whipped cream in the bottom with maybe 2 inches of actual drink before more whipped cream. ? I got a $6 cup of whipped cream!Didn't stay long, can speak to the atmosphere.

The service was good. Bought iced coffee’s and hit the restroom. That’s where my bad experience happened. This bathroom was gross, sticky floor and nasty looking toilet. Thank God I didn’t need to sit.On top of all that it was a he/she bathroom. Shared I guess. For a public bathroom and plenty of staff around that’s pure neglect. In the military you would have been given a toothbrush to clean this room. That told me a lot about this place. If you can neglect this, what else are you neglecting… don’t think I would go there again. Really, this if my place I would really go off on the staff.O, and another thing it would be nice if they kept their dumpster area cleaned up as well. That was not very pleasant to see as well.
