This Arby's is ok. Every time I have visited, they are out of something. First it was curly fries, then tomatoes, and one time No Coke. Friendly service, but watch out for the pot holes in their parking lot.

There were honestly more people behind the counter than in the drive through or line it took me 30 minutes to get my food and I just never got my drink. It was embarrassing to watch and I will never come back to this Arby's the incompetence and clear lack of training and preparation for the staff was unacceptable

The food was great. The service was excellent. I got the wrong fries but it did not matter. The music was enjoyable. But the tables were a bit dirty. The place was completely empty. So I don’t see why they couldn’t be wiped. But I feel well fed.

Went to Arby's for dinner today, but it was worse than eating out of a trash can. I ordered a fish sandwich. It was cold and had too much mayonnaise drips. The bread was old, it looks went through hell. I brought the sandwich back with one bite and reported it to the cashier. Just like the cashier, there was no emotion. No I'm sorry I will make you another one, just went off to the cooker and said to him the fish is cold, I can hear cooker saying make another one, then she took forever, I have to leave, other customers were standing there, I asked him if want a fish sandwich, he said yes, and I tell the cashier to give my fish sandwich to customers for free.He was happy.. I wasn't.Parking: It's not worth going to Arbys. You need to improve your employee training and increase customer appreciation.

I was in the mood for Fish so I ordered a special 2 for $6 special and honestly they were made fresh and the size of fish was bigger and was real fish not like the other famous no name mentioning restaurant,the place is clean but I felt they were understaffed that day because we had to wait but I was patient due to the food was being prepared fresh not in warmers the cashier I had he was very cool and tentative I think Arby's is underrated by people because they are so use to there normal to go to spots for fast food but honestly there portions and freshness is alot better plus pricing I feel is better for your money.Parking: It's on the Berlin turnpike so to get in its a quick turn in due to traffic but it's convenient because it's on a corner not a busy plazaWheelchair accessibility: It has wheelchair accessible

big spanish dude in drive thru needs to learn a little customer service. . "ice cream machine is down more than mcdonald's! mac n cheese bites, almost $5, and soggy and not even warm. apparently they hire anyone, no matter the regard for how they represent arby's
Fish had no lettuce or tartar sauce. No napkins or packaged condiments. Tried to call got no answer.

Very upset this evening with local Arby's on the Berlin turnpike. Fries were cold and stale. Sandwich was not cooked . The cheese hadn't melted! The sprite was fine.
