I would have to say 10/10. I went here around 9:30pm on a Tuesday. It was pretty empty inside so the service was exceptionally fast. I ordered the seafood boil with shrimp and snow crab and got the restaurant’s signature sauce (the mix of all flavors) at spicy level: fire. It was PERFECT. Unfortunately, I was so hungry I didn’t take pictures, but I’ll definitely be back.

Trying to avoid hangry grocery shopping with Thomas Lavoie, we drove up the Berlin Turnpike crossing off options for a Saturday afternoon lunch. He had mentioned a new cajun boil spot along the route, and although I veto'd it, when we drove by it looked adorable.Boiling SOHO - Newington's building is vintage cool, not many tables but great service. We shared a crunchy Cesar salad, garlic bread, and a sailor feast - fresh snow crab legs, mussels, crawfish, clams, shrimp, sausage, corn, potatoes and a boiled egg in garlic butter sauce. Delicious! Love this restaurant concept, and happy to have one close by. They also have a location in New Haven.-Marisa Balletti-Lavoie

Just left there and the food was so good. I ordered king crab with shrimps ( which are huge ) and noodles in the soho sauce. Everything tasted amazing. My mom ordered surf and tuff which was also amazing. The owner ( not sure if he was ) was super sweet as well 10/10 customer service 100/10. I'll definitely be back.

My BF surprised me with a boil in bag. He knows I love them but have never heard of this location. At first, I was like no, something is off but the more I ate, the more I liked. My bag had snow crab, mussels, oysters, crawfish, corn, egg, potatoes and sausage. I don't eat crawfish or oysters but I still tried it. The shrimp was a tad smaller than I like, the crab was super sweet and tasty but a lil overdone (couldn't crack the shell) but good, the sausage was huge, not eye pleasing (please cut them up) and the sauce was really good. Garlic garlic butter, I believe. Overall it was a nice change and I plan on trying it again with the items I actually like-king crab, lobster tails etc.

Great seafood. Good service. Will definitely be back. Parking is convenient and staff very friendly.
I would not recommend ordering from here again. The shrimp was not fresh and difficult to remove from the shell. The clams did not appear fresh, lacking intact and the mussels seemed to be recooked Additionally, the Cajun spice lacked spiciness and was overly salty.

Decent spot a little above average seasoned food.. over all not bad..
My only complaint is that there is limited seating it is a small space with only about 4-5 tables. Food is usually a hit, but the last time I went, the fried rib tips were not good at al.There was too much batter, all you could taste was the flour

Food presentation was good, but the flavors need improvement. Our party had fish and chips, the salmon dish and other items. The salad had some wilted pieces in it. My cesar salad had what I assumed to be a vinaigrette like dressing and not the usual creamy cesar dressing, that's not good. The fish had too much batter and was very greasy. The salmon did not have a flavourful taste and we were sure it was farm raised. This establishment has potential but, they'll need to up their game if the plan to survive the restaurant business. Location is good, but we won't be back unfortunately.
