I usually dont do this, but I got a pizza and mozzarella sticks through doordash and they didn’t give me a condiment I ordered with it and unfortunately the pizza was pretty burnt. I have only heard good things about their food and I just feel disappointed.

Ordered from here Saturday night via the Slice app as directed on website. App showed pizza should be delivered by 8:29 pm. At 8:35 I called the restaurant directly and was told I did not place an order and to contact Slice. I did via the text customer service option and evidently restaurant didn't see my order. I was asked if I still wanted it and I responded I did. They said I'd have the order in 20 minutes. Order arrived at 9:35, not in 20 minutes and it wasn't correct. There was supposed to be spinach on it which is why I wanted it to begin with. I contacted Slice to get my money back. Restaurant denied the entire thing. I called the restaurant and spoke with a gentleman who claimed I was just like the rest of the people wanting free food. He said he doesn't work on Friday or Saturday and he's the only one who knows what they're doing so the other people didn't see my order. I told him to tell Slice so I get my money back. He refused. I gave him my number and asked for the owner to call me. If you're not capable of 3rd party app business you shouldn't be directing your customers to order from one!

I ordered from this lame ass shop for the first time tonight and when my food got here, the pizza was black, stale, and dirty. I took a bite and it was hard to bite through. I called to make a complaint and instead of being professional and apologizing, the staff member argued with me over the phone and would not let me speak. He tried telling me "And I gave you a free chocolate cake" but I am allergic to chocolate and am not able to eat that. I'm extremely dissatisfied and WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE

Worst Pizza I've ever had for sure . I'm positive The slices were several days old and reheated . Cheese Was likely expired , Very greasy , and I challenge anyone to try and eat an entire slice of their Pizza . This food is not suitable for humans . Atmosphere/Appearance: It's a flat out pizza joint tucked on the end of a crummy-looking plaza right off of the Berlin Turnpike. The parking lot is beat up and it's right next to a Target. Inside you have a TV off to the left playing some movie or whatever the employees there are watching at the time. Lol. There's like 4 chairs in here IN CASE you ever wanted to eat in, but you don't. This is the kind of place you can come in to grab a slice and smash or carry-out. You want to eat this food in the comfort of your own home. Service: There isn't much service. Lol. You walk in, say your name and pick up your stuff. This isn't a bad thing. Food: I've had several different pizzas here as well as every one of their wing flavors. The pizza is out of this world and it really is legit. It doesn't even matter the toppings, because they've knocked it out of the park with their base sauce, cheese and crust. For the wings I've tried the Hot, Lemon Pepper, Jamaican Jerk and Garlic Parmesan. My favorite of these is the Garlic Parmesan, but ALL of their wings are good. The jerk can be a bit salty. Value: It's a pizza joint. Lol. Act accordingly. Like I mentioned earlier, this place has always been good to me. They're open late, they deliver, the food is good and they've never done me wrong! Check them out if you get the munchies!

Not only is the food disgusting. It continues to be disgusting. The reviews all speak for themselves. Not to mention the guy mark or Marcus behind the counter. When something goes wrong he always acts pompous and is no help at all. Atmosphere is unsanitary and walls feel greasy. These new owners must not care about the place.
