Quick ordering and the peppermint shake was awesome

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and there baked mac and cheese. $16- A bit pricey and the Mac itself was $5-6. I was a lil confused at first going thru drive thru yes there was a line but nothing unusual like any other fast food. Yet for some reason they had people outside taking your orders with dirty and unsanitary menus I told them I rather look at the big menu I felt like I needed to wash my hands after touching that menu and trying to eat as well. That was not cool! Food was good but nothing to brag about and price is pricey.

Do not waste your time ordering in the app cuz they’re not going to help you specially when you order breakfast at 10:15 and breakfast ends at 10:30 don’t waste your time ordering. Terrible service and wouldn’t help what so ever. Wasted my time driving there just for them to notify me when I was at the store instead of not accepting it on the app if it’s too close to cut off time.

While I have been coming to this location since it opened, i have had many good experiences. Upon entering the restaurant today though, (I am still here) i was greeted with the most pleasant greeting i have yet to receive from Audrey. Her customer service amazed me! That is why I am writing in today. I greatly appreciate this and must let it be known.

Professional workers who were clean, courteous, spoke in a way that was was understandable, and the workers didn't stink like weed - good group. Food was prepared as requested and hot. Fantastic.

This is definitely my favorite fast food place. My favorite is the spicy deluxe sandwich. So juicy and so good. I love their Sweet Tea. Most places have iced tea that is too sweet or not sweet enough but this place has the perfect amount of sweetness. They also have really good mac and cheese. Pour a little buffalo sauce on it and boom. It’s so good.The lines are always super long, but the employees at this location are fast!! Whenever I come here I think that I’ll have to wait like 20 minutes but it usually takes less than 10 minutes to order and get your food.I Chick Fil A
