Solid Subs restaurant! We had the cheesesteak and it had great flavor and the bread was soft and was definitely fresh! Only thing I would change is the Mayo they use but that’s just personal preference. The restaurant is so cute gives off diner vibes.

I have only stopped in twice. It's like a NY deli. I got a meatball sub. The meat is not heavy, and has a great sauce.

Loved the subs. Such great fresh ingredients. We had the Italian, the Meatball, the turkey and loved them all. Will definitly go back.

Just left and ordered a build your own sandwich. The bread is as hard as rock and my sandwich had roasted red peppers on it which i did not ask for, missing onion on it. After I ordered a soda and payed for it, the kid at the registered proceeds to tell me, the sodas flat…. Tell me that before I purchase it, I wouldn’t have gotten it. Overall for my first experience it was poor and I will never return.

I have frequented this dibella's for a while now, and I have to say the service has slid severely. Setting aside being miss pronouned at least 4 times, they missed making a whole sandwich, didn't make one sandwich correct. And put bacon on a salad I requested in to be removed from, that had brown lettuce, none of the cucumber I ordered, and tried to get me to pay twice, after the first cashier had to ask ME what I ordered just to ring me out! Go to a different dibella's, cause this one sucks! Photos are of the brown lettice.

Best sandwich in the area. Their bread is outrageous and reasonable priced compared to competitors like Nardelli's.

I visited today and purchased a cheessteak sandwich. I was surprised that they bake fresh rolls and grill fresh onions and mushrooms but use jarred or canned peppers. It was not a good tasting sandwich. I would not order a Cheesesteak sandwich again.

Best cheese steak around. Add peppers, mushrooms and onions. Wish there was one closer to Simsbury.

Wrong order given to my buddy. Steak and cheese was mediocre. Place was not busy and every other restaurant around was packed, now I know why.

It would be nice if they would remember my salad dressing one time. Been there 4 times now and after the first time they forgot I remind them each time. They always say it's in the bag. Good thing I started checking before I leave the restaurant otherwise I'd have pretty dry salad. Nice clean restaurant and clean bathrooms. Just wish the staff could remember the ranch dressing for the chicken bacon ranch salad.

Food was really good! The only reason I wouldn't give it more. Stars is because the staff was a complete disaster. It took about 45 minutes to get our sandwich because nobody knew their roll on the line.

One of the worst subs I had. I ordered a meatball with mozzarella the evening of the 25th, just about half an hour before closing, and the whole thing wasn't even heated. I reckon it was done so as to avoid having to use the toasting equipment on the account that the store was closing soon. Could've been great otherwise.
