830am Saturday at Newington location Burlington Tpk.I didn't give stars for food because we exited I HOPE!It's not a mis- print! I HOPE you get seated when you show up with a family of 5 before the rush. And get overlooked by a waitress, who didn't bother to check the seating list. To see which family of 5 was first to arrive. Also, the manager was standing right there( red flag) Good luck. I HOPE! your management and service gets better. But I'll never come back, to many other places to go in that area. Hungry

I want to be clear this review falls clearly on management that has understaffed and completely failed their employees who are flustered and fully unable to handle an empty Friday night dinner. We've been here an hour and I'm honestly shocked we even got our food.I forgot why I don't come here more when my friends suggested we come but I remember why now... this place is a dump

Was a slight wait upon arrival, staff I believe were waiting until customers cleared on one side to seat us as it was during lunch time hours.Server was friendly and got our drinks ordered and to us on time, food came out within a decent time also and was delicious; as expected.Did ask for a glass of water near to the end of my meal and high was delivered as soon as requested. Overall great service, would come back to this location.

Too many people and not enough staff. Our waitress was great, but the table next to us didn't get their food until way after us, and we got there after them. I saw staff just standing around on their phones when customers could use the help. I may return..... not
Our waitress her name was tredy and she was the nicest waitress we ever met. Her service has the best and she was always nice to us ever since we came in to this restaurant.
