NOT GOOD. We have been going to this place for over 15 years and never had an issue until we ordered takeout this evening. The General Tsao’s chicken is hard, over breaded, and basically empty. It made me feel sick shortly after attempting to eat about a 1/3 of my food. Rice was bland and the crab rangoon not even stuffed just hard pieces. I don’t know what happened to this place. We used to eat lunch here 1x a week. Too expensive to get not good food.

We sat in and got to enjoy the chips and duck sauce that they gave you while waiting to order food. We had the tea too, which was very good. We started with crab Rangoon, which I wish had a bit more filling, but flavor was delicious, nice balance of the cream cheese and crab, which is more what I look for. I got the triple delight in garlic sauce- shrimp, chicken and beef. My boyfriend got the Szechuan lamb, both were very good but the triple delight came out on a sizzling plate. The sauce was so good and was excellent on the white rice after eating the main dish. The owner and family were very nice and accommodating. I just moved to Newington so I am glad to have found a go to Chinese food place, no wonder they have a large takeout audience! They have a large menu and I can't wait to try more!

The food was terrible. I ordered the general Tsou's chicken combo. It was no taste at all, not just not spicy, but there was no even any seasoning, it was was dry without any sauce pieces of tasteless chicken. I put it in a garbage. The egg roll was dry and not fresh. A shame! I will never order again from that place.

I usually don’t post reviews but there aren’t really a ton of Chinese food establishments in the area. I’ve ordered take out on and off over the years from here and I will admit there always seems to be something off. Very confused by the reviewer who said they are Chinese and the food here seemed authentic. This is “American” Chinese food so let’s be honest, and it’s mediocre here at best. Most recent order: wonton soup was very salty and kinda burned my throat with weird salty, chemically (msg?) taste. General Tsao’s chicken was bland and more like sweet and sour chicken (and they should be VERY different!) and the fried rice was bland and very dry.Although they have dine in to their advantage, I’ve had much better food at Ming Moon in Newington or any number of places on Silas Deane in Wethersfield.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the food each time I have eaten here. The service staff is excellent and very friendly.

First time trying this place and omg so delicious we needed a new Chinese restaurant to try at cause the one my husband and I ordered from closed down. So we decided to give this place a try and I love how they bring the fried noodles to the table and sauce to dip them in I would recommend
