Moe's is very pricey for what you can get. The salsa station wasn't even full, and their salsa in my opinion is not so great.I had the Edgy Veggy Bowl , for almost 10.50. Not worth it. I'd spend my money at a real Mexican restaurant for a few bucks more and wouldn't feel ripped off.

Nat'l Burrito day drew a WILD crowd, and with a line to the door, the team here ran like a well-oiled machine! The customer service didn't slip under the pressure of a restaurant full of customers, either. Great work to the staff here, y'all are doing amazing! ?? ??

The girl that made our food apparently doesn’t know how to do exactly that.. her job, aka put cooked food in a bowl... I’d be willing to take that as a mistake, however, the manager I spoke too (I presume Sergio as the receipt says but I could be wrong) was off putting and a bit rude despite my calm demeanor… doubling down and talking over me/cutting me off insinuating it was our fault the worker did NOT put guac on the bowls and proceeded to charge us AGAIN for “extra” guac on the side … said that she got “confused” when my partner tried to reconfirm the order with her, claimed that my partner asked for extra when in actuality he asked to pay for guac after the girl said there was no guac on the order (which there was, with FOUR asterisks next the the word guac on the receipt and sticker on both bowls). Just say she doesn’t have the skills to effectively communicate with customers. My partner was in a rush to work and didn’t have time to check and just expected the worker to know on their end, because well… it’s their job to just read the sticker… I received no apology, only excuses and false claims and he hung up right after confirming he’d give me a refund after I informed him there was no guac what so ever in either bowls, did not tell me to have a great day or anything just hung up after I said “I’d greatly appreciate that”. The food is not worth the price or disgusting attitude. The food has no flavor, the rice is gross/undercooked, barely any meat, the “pico” isn’t even made correctly it seems, the chips are flimsy the queso is non existent. Seeing other reviews leads me to believe terrible service is a reoccurring problem. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place shuts down.

The staff servers the food with attitude. While I sat down to eat and watched how they took care of people I noticed literally everyone make fun of the customers after they took their order. Horrible service. Even the manager or shift leader who ever she was.

I love this location! I've been coming here for years and they recently updated the entire inside. The staff is friendly, patient, accommodating and don't skimp in quantity when building your meal. Free chips and salsa and different deals throughout the week. I'll be back again and again!

First time here, if I didn't live in Fairfield county I'd be there daily Vegetarian options: Grilled onions, brown rice, black beans, cilantro, pico de Gallo, guacamole ?, ? a little bit of cheese, no dressing necessary. Simple stripped back eating, portion enough for two meals for me.
Service here is great and portion sizes for burritos and bowls are good. Only criticism would be that dining area can be a bit dirty at times and the amount of chips in to go bags is extremely small.

Dont even bother wasting your money here. This location has been going downhill for years but it’s finally past the point of no return. Rude staff. I asked for double chicken and each scoop barely made up one regular scoop. When i asked for more i got barely a half of scoop more. Sorry but if im paying $22 for a stack and a drink i actually want double chicken not a half a**ed stack and rude service.

They charge close to $14 for a chicken club quesadilla and this is what they give you. Also the chicken is gross inside and brown colored. Completely Unacceptable!!!! DO NOT EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Total win!Earlier this week, I didn't have Moes anywhere in the area so I went to chipotle to get a bowl. I paid $15 and tell you what, the damn thing was so small (not even half of the bowl was filled and the bowl was way smaller). Im a petite lightweight woman and I was still super hungry after eating the $15 chipotle bowl.Today I went to Moes on my way back from work and it just toally made my day to get a BIG bowl OVERFLOWING with food!!! For $12, AND a free cup of queso, AND free chips and salsa.Makes me realize I never appreciated Moes before as I do now ???EDIT. Ehh I just ordered the veggie edgy burrito and picked it up, got home and was so hyped to eat it, only to find in the bag the worst burrito in the world. It had NOTHING in it. It was supposed to have guac and veggies and cheese, in addition to rice and beans. Instead, It has plain rice and beans and corn, thats it. Its literally disgusting and unedible. Im so hungry and all I got is queso ? And I tipped them ? I can't believe what Im seeing. Why would anybody make this burrito and think that's ok?!I did call the store and they are supposedly refunding me, but still - your emplyees should know how to make the things on the menu.
