Hands down the best Mexican I've found in CT. It was super busy so we waited at the bar. Even though the bar was stacked deep with people the bartender was super fast and attentive. Great service. Got seated in the timeframe they had estimated. We all had a variety of dishes and drinks and everything was fantastic. The chorizo nachos were outrageously good. I'll definitely be back, a lot.

The best Carne asada and tacos paseados , not to mention Juan's margarita a fresh and strong drink, they have a large selection of tequila to choose from , great service and atmosphere!

Mexican food has a lot of vegetarian options andI was excited to try this place. We got jalapeño poppers which were the frozen ones but not very bad since they came with creamy dip. The margaritas are good. Their service was a little disappointing and delayed but no worries at all. I can understand that totally. The taquitos were good but the salsa was a little bland. So I decided to give a 3 star rating. On the other hand, I absolutely loved the churros. They were delicious crispy and just right sugary. They have an outdoor seating which is awesome for the summer. Great ambiance and location.
Do not come here if you are a large party. Made a reservation in advance and was told upon arrival that we needed to be split up into 2 tables. This was okay and we sat separately. We then asked staff if we could move to a larger table to sit all of us if any opened up and staff agreed to do so. However, when a large table opened up, staff was quick to set it up for another new party, completely disregarding our earlier request. The food also took over 1.5 hours to come out. We've never eaten so many tortilla chips in our lives. Our drinks were not refilled until 2 hours in. I received my beverage after all the entrees came out. Food was ok. Cannot recommend coming here as they did not honor our reservation but in addition disregarded us with poor and severely inattentive service.

Roberto, I called the Newington location to speak with you and was told there is no one there by your name. Also, I called to speak with manager and was told he would be in at 5pm. I called at 5pm and was now told he would be in at 8pm. Is there anyone even in charge over there??? It certainly explains why we received the service we got.

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants for a few reasons. One, they have the best salsa! I've had a few good things on the menu the last few times I've been here, but I've always been impressed with their fajita options! Love their chicken and steak fajitas especially. They have nice fluffy rice and good beans. The space is nice, lots of roomy booths. The service is normally fair to very good, no major problems there. They have very quick service, probably good for a takeout option.
