I bought a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino, which was delicious, then I’ve been told I can’t get my cold brew refill. Which means that workers don’t know basic Starbucks policies.

Last day for BOGO on fall drinks so I had to take advantage and try at least 2 of the flavored coffees. This location has been recently renovated and it's showing . Plenty of merchandise displayed, very busy for a Thursday afternoon, only 2 people working. A little bit of a wait but they were moving really fast and even they made one of the drinks cold instead of hot, they were able to fix it on the spot. Not too impressed with the fall flavors, looking forward for the winter/holiday specials.

Remodeled Starbucks, already dirty and unkept. First thing in morning floors, chairs, tables, dirty. Obviously they don’t clean at the end or beginning of the day.

Placed a mobile order and stopped by on my way in to school. Ordered when 5 mins away... coffee was not ready when there. Took maybe 60 more seconds and then I was on my way. Shop was clean and drink was expensive but it was right en route and I'd absolutely be back!!

I had probably the rudest treatment I’ve ever had in a Starbucks by Darla. She treated me less than human and will try everything I can for others to know not to go back here. It was interesting though because she gave great service to other people while I was there, so I’m not sure if it was because I’m black but it was unacceptable. If you don’t know how to give customer service find a new job

I hate to knock this location down a couple stars because the staff and service are fantastic! However, since the renovation the entire ambience of how it feels inside the shop has changed for the worse. Prior to the renovation this shop felt cozy and relaxing to sit down and get your work done, now it feels cold on the inside, also they've removed a bunch of seating, so you'd need to get lucky if you want to sit down and get your work done. I hope they add more seating for the future. However, it looks like this renovation came out as a pro for the employees because they have way more space to work and move around behind the counter than how it was before.

Whoever designed the new layout at this Starbucks probably never worked a shift at this Starbucks because this genius decided to put the customer hand off point right at the entrance just to ensure there’s always about 1-4 bodies blocking the walkway to actually get to the register and place your order. I can’t actually fault the people who work the register here they’re always nice to me and they try as hard as they can to prevent a wait from forming at the terribly designed entrance.

How sad. Starbucks completely redecorated the store. It took over 2 weeks. What a disappointment! The seating is reduced by at least 50%! What was corporate thinking? This is an outlet with no drive thru! The store caters to walk-ins. Big mistake! My bet is the store will close or more seating will be added within 6 months.If you visit, don't assume you'll find a seat.
