Pretty much worst subway I’ve been to. Footlong came with 3 slices of turkey. Spinach was welting (very obviously but they still added it on) cucumbers were disintegrating in their container (didn’t add them) I felt awkward to say anything so took it out spinach after when I got home. No toppings available. Super awkward vibe. Never going back 100% waste of my money. I basically paid over $7 for 3 slices of turkey bread and a few olives. Disgusting

Received a tuna sub with hardly any spinach. Asked for more and she put two more leaves on. Bread is dry and hard. Not much fresh here. This is why Jersey Mikes is winning and Subway is not. Stop being cheap and make a real sandwich.

This place rips me off every time I go there. I order a 6" turkey and pepperoni. They cut the turkey portion in half and add 3 slices of pepperoni. Then they charge me extra for "adding" pepperoni. How am being charged for added meat if you're taking meat out? 3 slices of turkey? It's always paper thin. Today I went home and added my own turkey so the sandwich would have some substance. Oh and the bread is burnt. What a rip off. I am a long time loyal customer but not anymore. Get your act together. and with all the bad reviews on here, you'd think someone would actually listen.

Ordered a BLT wrap, the guy put on 2 slices of bacon, and almost nothing else. Came out looking like a sad burrito. Was still charged $16 as a wrap combo (I did get a soda and chips) which should have the filling of a footlong.

I ordered online which was probably a mistake in the first place. When I went in to pick up my order they didn't even ask to see my order or ask for any confirmation that I was actually the person who had ordered the food. When we got home to eat the sandwiches were completely jumbled together like they took both our orders and threw them in a hat and pulled out random things to put on each. And I wrote instructions to make sure they toasted the subs. Nope. As someone who has worked in restaurunts for 20 years I understand things get busy and mistakes can be made, but to mix up ingredients and such can be dangerous for someone who has allergies. Thank God we don't but maybe they should read the orders more carefully. It just seems like no one cares who works there.

Don’t send out coupons if you really don’t plan to honor them. In addition don’t say you now slice meat fresh each order when all meat is pre-sliced. Horrible experience. I just wonder, is corporate aware of how this place is operated?? With a score this bad doesn't anyone notice and realize you have a problem?

I just stood inside the store for almost 10 minutes. No employees emerged despite calling out numerous times for one. Subway will never make money at a location like this. Either pay better to ensure more staffing or close it down.

Horrible experience. Guy had no idea of his own inventory. They were out of so many ingredients. I had ordered 2 chicken bacon ranch's, and wasnt informed there was no ranch till he was finished making the sandwiches. Wouldnt accept coupons either.

I work near this location, I always go get food from there but NOT ANYMORE after I had the i counter with Indian guy. He was yelling at me for asking if I can have the bread toasted well, also was yelling about me asking a little but if extra black olives. Terrible customer service

I ordered 2 subs on feb 9 th . No sauces at all in any two of them. This is second time for me it happens like this. Send an email to subway no reply either . Please Don’t go to this store in Berlin turnpike. They don’t have anything there ti make a sub.
