Immediately seated asked for booth for my mother and I. Waitress said they want everyone in the bar. Others were seated in the dining but I ignored said more ppl no problem. A family of 4/5 came in 15 mins after us and they’re food order was taken while we waited 30 mins. Waitress literally walked past us to get their order. This place was dead and seen 4 others get their food before us. A man even got his promptly and A couple even left bc they had no one take their order as well. After a hr of no food asked for a check to pay for our drinks waitress said it’s no charge. A light hair pony tail lady stared at us behind the bar the whole time. The waitress with the arm tattoo was very unprofessional. I would never return and now see why it was dead for an afternoon. Hope the management pays more attention to monitor the staff here.

I just stopped in at 2pm. There were 2 other tables occupied. We placed our order, 2 more tables got filled after. 30 minutes later our food had not been served. We followed up with the server who came back with one plate of food because they had made the other order wrong and the third order (which was to go) also had problem. At that point we had to leave because we needed to be somewhere at 2:45. I never thought a quick bite could turn into a disaster. Either the server didn't know what she was doing or the kitchen is understaffed. Either way, we won't be back.

Our waitress was very kind and patient. The only issue was the bartender. He filled the glass up to the top with ice, so when my beverage came, I took 3 sips literally, and it was finished. Needless to say, there wasn't much alcohol to begin with, but it was then watered down with the ice and smothered with the juice. Next time, no ice.

I stopped in for lunch on a Friday around 1pm. The place was not busy. They have limited but nice enough lunch menu with $10 meals. The food and the portion was good. The waitress was really nice. Also, the Cinnabon cheesecake with ice cream is a must.

Food is good, IF YOU CAN GET IT. Atrocious staff that can't be bothered to do their job. They treat it like a millennial cocktail party in which you, the customer, are treated like disposable trash to be ignored. This location deserves to be shut down.

TGI Fridays is a casual dining restaurant chain known for its American-style menu. The atmosphere is lively, making it a good choice for social gatherings. The menu typically offers a variety of burgers, ribs, and other American classics. While it may not be the pinnacle of gourmet dining, it's a reliable option for a fun and casual meal with friends or family.

This place has gone down the tubes drastically. This used to be the most popular place on the pike on any given Thursdays,Fridays and Saturdays. The happy hour was the main draw. Not anymore.,,,,,,,,, Hit Wood-n-Tap on the pike for a much better time.

Terrible service. This is the 2nd time we came and took 8mins to be seated. The food came cold and cooked wrong. Idk who’s the manager but you need to be retrained. Shame on you

Out of whim decided to eat here and opt out from Chuck E Cheese food. Once we arrived it took over 5 min to be greeted and then seated. We were the only ones there. We asked for a high chair and the one they brought over was a busted high chair with a broken buckle. My boyfriend went back to exchange it for a better one only to find out the high chair we got was the only one that had a buckle. Our drinks came relatively fast. I ordered the new dragon fruit margarita and it was extremely syrupy. I waited for some time for the waitress to come back or even make her way close enough for me to be able to wave her down. I asked if I could have a sprite at the table so I can mix my drink a bit better. Instead I was brought a mixer with some sprite in it to “do it myself”. More time went on and my drink didn’t taste better but I pushed that factor aside to try and keep open minded. It took an hour to get our food. 2 children's chicken tenders, a southwest chicken sandwich and a whisky burger. The kids food was brought out first with a 20 min waiting period before our other food was brought out. We were never checked on. If we needed something we figured just to get it ourselves at that point (Extra napkins). I caught the waitress as quickly as I could to ask for the check and boxes long before we were finished since I suspected it would take 20 min or so. Id like to believe to consider myself a patient and understanding person and I am absolutely an over tipper when it comes to waiters/waitresses. But there was really no service at all to even begin with. I try to find a reasoning to excuse this behavior but frankly there isn’t one. There was maybe 1 other table in the restaurant and they were not understaffed. Absolutely will never return.

I was excited about finally going there because of the new ads for their new menu and drinks. Food was awful, oily and not even warm..The drink that was advertised as special was flat and the glass was dirty. I was very disappointed.

Food was very good, the pasta was creamy and delicious with fresh shrimp and crunchy red peppers. Very good fried chicken sandwich and burger. Kudos for Vinny, great service!

Just avoid. 220pm on a Saturday and we were the only people in the restaurant. We actually thought they were closed because zero cars were around. The waitress noticed something plastic floating in the soda before she put it on the table. Got another one. The potato skins we ordered were absolutely awful. Reheated, dry, pitiful for $16. I ordered the chicken parm pasta. The pasta was swimming in oil and I had two bites before I stopped eating. It had so much oil that it was just terrible to even try and eat. The chicken was scorching hot which tells me - everything is frozen and microwaved. The pasta was lukewarm at best. My child's Mac n cheese was the best thing we ordered. I give it another 6 months and this place will be closed. Tables are sticky, menus are gross to even touch and the food is an overpriced, disgusting excuse for a chain restaurant. Not even dependable in that sense. There are hundreds of other places to choose from. Anywhere but here, lesson learn

We stopped in for a quick bite. The staff were quick to seat us and bring drinks and appetizers. We were able to order a variety of dishes. For a Saturday, there were plenty of empty seats.

Only thing that was decent was the wings. " Loaded" potato skins were completely NOT loaded thin, not thoroughly cooked, and mealy. Philly cheese steak rolls were absolutely disgusting. Both of these appetizers were frozen then microwaved.A diet coke, a Raspberry tea, 16 wings, cheesesteak rolls, and two brownies (which were also gross) came to $70. We sent the potato skins back so they weren't on the bill

My family and I wanted to eat something and it was late. We decided on Fridays because it was open late for dine in. Unfortunately the cook-manager guy in a filthy chef coat made a comment that I just laughed off. His remark was not at all customer service oriented and I've always been a client/customer first hospitality dude. What I've noticed over the past few years is the restaurant game has changed drastically. The effects are felt thru out the industry (training, staffing, service, quality, etc) Fridays use to be my go to but nowadays it's a dinosaur begging to be extinct. I choose not to continue about my experience but it wasn't good at all. Instead I choose to appreciate the past days of what was once an awesome place. For all the good times and memories, thank you Fridays!
