Previous visits to this Five Guys location have been pretty good. Today was very underwhelming. The dining area was quite dirty and we were unable to find a table that didn't have food crumbs, french fries or dried, sticky soda all over them. It was pretty obvious that we were looking for a clean table, but no one came out and wiped one down. We ended up sitting outside and I just wanted to dig into a nice juicy burger. When we got our food the burgers were considerably smaller than the pre-Covid burgers that I remembered, however the price was still up there. The burgers were tasty and juicy, but just small. I'm hoping that this was a post-Covid bad day and that they will get back to normal.

I think in the past couple of months this place has not done a great job especially in terms of service. The people that used to work there were so nice and service was great. Now recently, not only do they not pick up the phone to take orders, they mess them up. A couple of weeks ago, I went home with my burger and found I had everything except the patty. Then today I went to get a burger all the way, they didn’t put lettuce tomato or pickles and instead just gave me cheese and bacon. I live close by which is I used to go to this one but I will go to another branch that has better service.

Nice guys there definitely running on skeleton crew which is unfortunate for the workers. Pretty good stuff. Keep working hard guys. Watch temp control got alittle red in meat.

I definitely recommend five guys! It is in a completely different league than McDonald's. The fires are cooked in peanut oil instead of the typical canola. This makes the fries taste better and not make me feel sick after. The burgers are also AMAZING. Their are so big and juicy and seasoned to perfection. The fact that you get free peanuts and can throw your shells on the floor makes it even better! Don't even get me stared on the soda machines! They offer probably 150 different carbonated drinks and are dispensed by a very cool machine. Also, the fresh milkshakes to go with the burger hit the spot on any day. They are thick and creamy with a DELICIOUS taste and they offer a large selection of flavors to choose from. They can be pricy, but the experience and mouth watering food.

Staff is always super friendly. Sometimes takes a little while to get your food, but no biggie. The fries get soggy once they sit in the bag for more than 2 minutes, so I'd recommend eating there as opposed to taking it home. Burger meat could be a little thicker. Unlimited toppings is always a plus.

South of town locale on state route 25 ( south main street) the main north/south route through town on the Monroe side of Newtown in the Botsford section of town. The burgers and fries are amazing. This is in the shopping plaza across the street from stop and shop and the sand hill shopping plaza.

Friendly staff. I go when I have the money. Lots of 10/10 people in that kitchen working hard in the heat of fryers and grills, taking a time to make a fry with just light Cajun seasoning.

Recently I've been ordering online bc I work nearby and need to run in and grab my lunch and go. My food is always ready yet still fresh when I get there to pick it up and the staff members are always friendly. Definitely recommend!
The burgers are to die for. I usually like a medium cooked burger but their "well-done juicy" burgers are fantastic.Nick and his crew really seem to know what they are doing in that kitchen.Keep on doing what you do!You are the only burger place in town....We need you guys

Every time I drive by in Newtown I thought this place was closed but to my surprise it was open. We Order five different kind of burgers with tons of different toppings and both types of fries. The burgers were super fresh and all the toppings we requested we there and super accurate. There was a massive amount of fries In out bag and they were great too. Only reason for four stars is that they were slow due to a ton of orders coming in through grub hub and our fries were a bit soggy (nothing a foster oven can't fix) There is ample parking and they do take credit card They do take safety measures w gloves and sanitizer
