Can't believe I'm writing this but i do not give my money to jerks. Was asking the counter person about the difference in crumb cakes and he went out back to ask the owner. The owner comes out and says "we can't be standing around all day here talking about crumb cakes!!" and stormed back out. what was that!? I don't care what type of day your having you do not treat loyal customers or any customer like that and expect to stay in business. Heaven forbid some enjoys your food enough to ask questions. There was no one else in line so not as if we are holding up anyone either. buyer beware - "no crumb cake for you!!!" Type mentality. will never return

Beautiful interior, very classic cafe style! I only tried their house coffee and enjoyed it a lot. Next time, I'll have to try their food menu because it looked delicious. They handle their COVID restrictions really well as well.

Very expensive, no flavor to the fresh bakery items, scones was like saw dust, croissants had no flavor and dry, not fresh. All three items were $14!!!!Never again

Absolutely freezing inside. The staff closed up about an hour before the business closed. All the staff moved all the baked goods into storage which, given they're closed for three days after Sunday is wild. They also never changed their gloves while going from touching baked goods to handling money. Despite making everyone use hand sanitizer at the door they don't sanitize the tables between guests. I also watched several staff members while closing go from using chemicals to handling food. The table we went to was disgusting and covered with crumbs and fingerprints. I found the menu laughably over priced for the food you actually end up with. And I cannot stress this enough, it was *freezing* inside. Everyone inside is in coats.

If you want highly overpriced, average baked goods and verbal abuse by the owner, this is the place for you! The owner Frank is a massive, loud j**** who yells at customers for no reason. Even if you are starving, stay away from this place.

I've been to Panificio Navona many times. The food is awesome, the atmosphere is great, and the staff is very friendly. The baked goods are delicious and beautifully decorated. I love the salads, all three are very large and made with fresh ingredients. There are also a lot of great breakfast options. I highly recommend Panificio Navona!

We have been frequenting there for over two years now and not once have we been disappointed by any dish or baked good. We feel so lucky to have this gem in Newtown and hope you give it a try as well!
