My family used to come to supreme seafood almost every Friday for dinner when I was younger. Ralph and Vinny knew my parents names and my name. Went back for the first time since the new owners took over and was happy to see that the food taste/quality and quantity was the same as I remembered it. Will definitely be back.

Well, as a long time customer of Supreme Seafood, when Ralph & Vinny were owners, I have to say that I will not be going to Supreme Seafood anymore...☹️1st off, I was disappointed when I walked in, to see 1 of the waitresses that was there, use to be 1 of the waitresses when Ralph & Vinny owned it.She has "zero personality", and apparently her cell phone is more important! She was the same way when she worked for Ralph & Vinny. So nothing has changed there!!! Once she takes your order, she doesn't come back, you even have to try to make eye contact with her, and wave her over for boxes to take your leftovers home, and to get your bill, while she is behind the counter, scrolling on her cell phone....The food itself was OK, and I mean, "just OK"! Nothing to write Home about!So, that's it in a nutshell...I wish Ralph & Vinny a very Happy Retirement, as it is "Well deserved" for them, both!!! I wish my last meal, that I came down to have, that "Lisa", would have been there for my last visit...That other waitress that I was so disappointed and aggravated about, she should "Shadow" Lisa for a few shifts, and learn how to be an attentive waitress!!!And on another note, it was always nice to see Ralph or Vinny, or both, at the times we would go there...They were always greeting the customers as you walked in, and always Thanking you as you were walking out, they ALWAYS made you feel like Family!!! The day we went to eat over the weekend, alls we saw was young kids, like teenagers or very early 20's, coming out of the kitchen to grab a drink from the soda machine...never once did We see an owner...and if I'm not mistaken, 3 gentlemen bought it, but the day we were there, we did not see any of them.Oh Well, time to find another Seafood place...Jus Sayen!

Just like the old Supreme Seafood ! The shrimp and corn bisque was delicious as always. The fried clams were perfect. Well done carrying in the traditions we have known for years! The waitress was super pleasant and attentive. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Well after a few times of getting my order wrong when new owners took over but i did get credit when i called them back went tonight to try again quick service only about a 10 min wait and it was delicious ill be back soon

One visit to Supreme Seafood and they very much have our hearts! Not only was all of the food delicious, but their portion sizes are impressive! We still can’t get over the size of their “smallest” lobster roll - I can tell you they didn’t skimp out and it had nice chunks of claw meat! Another one of my favorites was the calamari supreme, which is made with their homemade marinara sauce and was truly addicting. Every week they do a special with a fresh catch called “Off the Hook”. It was mahi mahi when we went, and it was fantastic! So many options for land lovers too. Great wings, and the chicken parm sandwich was a showstopper with that big slab of fried mozz! A great casual spot with friendly staff. We’ll definitely be coming back when we’re in the area!

My family and I have been there twice since the new owners have taken over. On both occasions, the food and service were excellent. I can honestly say its the best seafood i've had in CT in a long time. The menu is simple, in a good way. Next time I'll try an item on the special menu (which looked awesome). Last night I had the baked sole dinner. Superb. I must say however, my favorite item on the menu is the coleslaw. Almost every restaurant has it and almost every restaurant f's it up. Best I've had since Chello's Oyster House in Guilford, well over 30 years ago. The place is small, but I suspect they'll be moving to bigger digs sooner than later.

Went there Feb 3rd.First time with new owners.Ordered Seafood platter with whole bellies.,with a 1/2 ,order of clam strips,for the two of us.The platter is: ,shrimp calamari, scallops,filet of sole and strips or whole bellies.Also a cup of the shrimp,corn chowder.The chowder was very good. ( loaded with shrimp)The platter comes out on a metal tray.First of all the seafood is fresh. The filet of sole is far better than most of the other places we have tried. They use large sea scallops( not sliced in half like a lot Iof places.The use larger shrimp. The clam strips are the best.The whole bellies were good this night.$ 47.00 for the platter with the extra clam strips and whole bellies..That's a great price.( check other places. We ordered 2 lobster rolls to go for the next day. Market was $29.95 which, again is a good price for 5oz of lobster. NOT 4 oz like everywhere else.They also offer a 8 oz and 16 0z lobster roll.Worth the drive.
Can't wait to go back again...their seafood is Supreme!
