We were passing through this town when we saw Arby's. We used the drive thru and brought the food home. It was excellent. We had a French dip meal and 2 beef and cheddar meals with curly fries. Everything was fresh and put together well. The girl at the drive thru was excellent. Will go back again.

This was disgusting, filthy and customer service was terrible. I watch the cashier who's name on my receipt says Tyrone handle the register, pull up his pants ,text on his phone then have the nerve to walk in the back without washing his hands or putting on gloves grab chicken nuggets or strips out a bag then dump them into a basket. I'm so tired of seeing people come into work acting like their home . He seem to care more about be the cool thug or homeboy on the job considering he was the only guy around a bunch of females then doing his job. I understand this is fast food but are there no standards anymore. I'm not gonna even get into the females working because they was just as bad. Then they wonder why drunks and bums hang around this establishment. Management want to make the restaurant better start hiring people that won't take the job for granted and even if it's not their main job or dream job use this job as a stepping stone to do better and be better. We're paying to much money nowadays for bad service.
