I had BONESSE'S last night for methe to 1st time. It was AMAZING. I had a eggplant sub that is the best I ever had. The smell in the restaurant was Delicious. It smelled like my Italian grams kitchen . I didn't see want to leave. The price is great and I live that is a family affair. Everyone should GO NOW

Delivered 1 hour after original time of delivery. When we called to ask where it was, we were lied to and told it was on the way. It didn’t come for another 30 minutes. Pizza was cold, order was wrong. Plenty of other great pizza places in north haven.

Bonesse’s is probably the best pizza place in CT, dare I say East cost. They operate with limited staff and still top commercial pizza establishments. The prices are fair and totally worth the quality of food. 10/10

First time ordering an Apizza from Bonesse’s tonight 7/31/2021. A Medium Mozzarella with sausage and Mushrooms! Very Good Flavor… Pizza Crust was soggy and tearing away in the middle, making it an Olympic Event trying to keep a Full Slice together! $19.33 cents for this pie! Their Website needs to be updated… As they show $11 for a Medium Muzz and $1.50 for each additional topping!

This place gets a middle of the road 3stars. I know someone who loves the food so I decided to give it a try. Its a 2 minute drive from one of the places I work. I went to try to order online and that wasn't an option. I was gonna call in an order, but I couldn't find a full menu online, not even on their Facebook page. So I just drove there. I asked for a menu but they didn't have any. I was told to Google them and look at the pics. Simple enough but the problem was the pics. Yes someone took a picture of each page, but it was that page plus about 1/3 of the next page. The pages weren't in order, so when I'm lookin at subs with 1/2 the wrap and dessert menu, the next page is pasta & entrees with 1/2 the pizza menu.... After I just finished working a 13 hr shift, I don't want to have to zoom in on every menu pic and scroll thru an out of order menu. The whole menu thing was annoying and gave me a slight headache, but I was too tired to go anywhere else. I just ordered a bacon pizza and a house salad. The salad was super basic. The pizza was okay. It reminded me of the pizza from the family-owned place I went to as a child. It wasn't bad, but it definitely didn't Wow me. Nice thin crust, Yumm! But as I was eating it, I also realized that it wasn't what I had really wanted. I only ordered that because I was hungry, tired and too lazy to go anywhere else. I really just wish they had a better menu for viewing. The staff seemed nice, It definitely was a family business. But if they're not going to have physical menus on hand, I hope 1 of the younger family members gets ahold of some menu, snaps some straight pictures of each single page and crops them for the internet (especially for their own fb page.) Nobody wants to strain their eyes trying to see what you offer. Would I go back? Not until I get a physical paper menu in hand!!! Maybe the person I know who loves their food so much will actually bring me one some day...
