I have been refused a refund on an order where I received the wrong itemsThe restaurant staff have hung up on me numerous times and refused to give me any Supervisor. This is ridiculous as the total was less than $9.

Wish the food was as good as the service. The place is charming, menu is extensive, and our server couldn't have been warmer or more welcoming, but the food was uniformly flavorless. We ordered one of the crepes and the eggs and corned beef hash plate. Sorry, we won't be back.

Great staff - super friendly and welcoming. Took care and time to answer questions about the menu and options. Food (breakfast) was excellent. Flavorful pancakes and French Toast, made to order as requested. Solid, diner style coffee with plenty of top ups. Definitely coming back!

I wasn’t happy. They forgot multiple of our food items. The toast wasn’t even toasted. The wrap I ordered was mediocre at best. They brought the wrong type of eggs when we ordered sunny side up. They forgot my hash browns. Overall a bad experience, the server was nice but it’s not enough to bring this place back. Do not recommend

Best omelette ever! Outdoor dining available! Service was wonderful! Nancy was attentive in a perfect way! Decor was cute! We each ordered a different breakfast and we’re thrilled! Pancakes, eggs and English Muffin, Western Jr sandwich and Florentine omelette. DELICIOUS! Eggs so fluffy and taste!
Everything was fresh and amazing. I had the scrambled eggs cheese with sausage and homefries, all in which was tasty and cooked to perfection. I also had the Granny Smith apple pancakes. OMG this place is a must return. And they offer outdoor seating.

I was very excited to try Sam’s after I saw photos of the food they put out. As you can see from my plate the eggs were extremely over cooked, the potatoes were cold and not cooked full, however, the hash was really flavorful. I was a little sticker shocked when the bill came and our table of 3 people was $65 before tip. I’d consider giving the another try but not for a while.

Great breakfast Place in North Haven. We both ordered house made Hash which was delicious. The eggs were perfectly cooked and the hash browns were crispy and tasty. It took less than five minutes to get our food which was amazing. Our server, Nancy was really nice and fun. She was efficient and did a great job. I'd def ask for her again. Overall a good find.

Heard about this new restaurant in town. We walked in and were greeted by a Server dressed for the Halloween holiday. The whole interior was also decorated. The service, food (we had omelets) and prices were great. Didn't need to ask for more coffee, they came around several times. Will definitely be going back soon....
