I would be happy if they fired the staff & made this location fully automated, or even installed touch screen order, machines . I asked for 3 #1s 3times but she kept ringing me up for 4 then had the nerve to say something in Spanish to the people in the back once I said never mind, I don’t understand why they would have someone at the register taking orders that doesn’t know the difference between 3&4 I kindly left and went to the Duncan donuts down the road and I ordered from the touch screen menu. This Burger King is well staffed, incredibly clean, and offers the quality, service, and attitude that made this franchise so successful. Food is always fresh. The management and staff and very attentative and friendly, and it shows how well they work together!
If by chance they get your order right... you can count on getting cold food. I travel 22 miles to the one in Wallingford though this one is 2 blocks from my house.Kid-friendliness: Their food is cold too.Parking: Huge parking lotWheelchair accessibility: Yes

Went the Burger King tonight to pick up BK fish. It was overcooked and warm. French fries were good service was quick but I'm very disappointed in the fish never going back again and I do. Not recommend getting their fish have a good

Workers aren’t the brightest in the bunch. I ordered 4 sandwiches which are 2 for $5. I must have said sausage, egg, and cheese 3 times before they understood what that meant. When I left the window I was only given 3 sandwiches. They tried arguing saying I only said 3. Why would I order 3 when the deal is 2 for $5. Then they charged me full price for the 4th sandwich because they refused to acknowledge their mistake.

At the North Haven Burger King I ordered at the drive thru using a coupon code number and I was given someone elses order which I did not notice until after I had left. I ended up eating part of what was given to me anyway because I was so hungry but was unable to finish it because the chicken sandwich tasted like it was drenched in salt and the hamburger had so much ketchup on it that it was ridiculous. I ended up having heart palpitations for the rest of the day. How do restaurants get away with this?
