They gotta HELLA attitude for no reason. Gave me the wrong order, and I watched multiple people have to pull back around and go inside within 10 minutes because they got their orders wrong as well. Ridiculous.

Every time I come to this place I get treated like garbage. It’s fine as far as the coffees and food, but I get an attitude and an eye roll if I ask for a napkin or some extra cream in my coffee. Obviously I keep giving this Dunkin too many chances.

I travel a lot for work, and this is the worst Dunkin location I’ve ever been to in the whole entire state of Connecticut. I come to this location the most most frequent because I’m a resident in North haven. To sum up my experience here:•The staff is the most unfriendly and unhelpful staff I’ve ever encountered.They avoid eye contact at all cost and they never even smile to customers.•God forbid you’re left there standing waiting for something from a mobile order,they do everything to avoid you.•If you do put a mobile order in, I promiseyou, your items will never be on the to go racks where they should be. They are 100% always on the counter behind the racks or in the drive though area - which defeats the purpose of putting in an order ahead of time to grab.•Other times I’ve just had incorrect orders- I’ve had wake up wraps with cold and. unmelted cheese AND wraps where I’m missing the egg all together. I’ve had cold coffee (when it’s supposed to be hot) and sour milk in my latte. I’ve also had missing items all together with of course zero customer service to fix it.I could keep going on, but I’ve already wasted enough time on this review; especially because I know it won’t fix any of the fundamental problems at this location.Goodluck

Horrible place. With the drive thru line out to the street I went inside to order. One of the kiosks was down, the other had a small line. I went to window to order and was stared at and ignored by virtually the entire staff.

Wanted to send a shout out to Duncan at 136 Washington Ave. North Haven. The store Thamar, Manager for store#301400 worked with TriCircle to make a generous donation for a raffle basket at TriCircle’s 5th Annual Gala Brunch, Sunday 10am-1pm at the Wallingford Elks.

My visit over the weekend to this establishment left much to be desired. I had quite an unpleasant experience.I placed an order for three items, which included one food item and two drinks. Surprisingly, it took them a total of 25 minutes to prepare our orders. To make matters worse, there were other patrons who also experienced extended wait times. One gentleman even mentioned that he had placed his order, left, and returned, only to find that his order still wasn't ready.While the taste of the items we received was acceptable, and it was clean inside. The overall speed of service and the friendliness of the staff left a lot to be desired. They failed to offer any apologies or demonstrate a willingness to rectify the situation.Given this disappointing experience, I'm inclined to say that I won't be returning to this location in the future.

Asked for a medium iced tea with light cream in it, they hand me one that looked like it was 100% cream. The next one they hand me after I brought it to their attention has pretty much the same amount of cream. They told me “This is the darkest we can make it.” Me being in a huge rush for work, I grabbed it. Total waste of time and money.

I've been going there for 10 years every night. The girl who does the drive through window tells me yesterday the computers are down. Should I go across the street McDonald's and get a coffee for work? Today I go in there and she tells me there's only decaf left no regular coffee, I said. OK give me a decap with 2 shots of express flow cream and sugar extra large.I get to work.And there's no cream or sugar in my coffee. Every day this week, there's been a problem. I'm paying $5 for a cup of coffee. Which is outrageous to begin with. Thanks a lot, somebody needs to retrain this girl.

I got a coffee here on 08/11/23 and the lady that helped me was very nice I drive truck for a living and had to walk through the drive through and she made sure I didn't have to wait I believe she opened the store that morning thank you

Make sure you yell very clearly into the microphone, have them repeat the order back to you, and then double check your order before you leave. Or just avoid this place.

Awful service and rude workers. Made my iced late wrong and when I asked for what I ordered the first time they just dumped another syrup on what was already in there. I went around the drive through again and they remade it as a regular iced coffee. Don’t waste your money
