Ordered a drink at drive-thru and it was made incorrectly so I went back in the store and asked them if they can fix it and I was given attitude and one of them even walked out on me. They don’t know how to make drinks and give attitude after kindly asking to remake it.

Terrible Customer Service! Placed and order through drive through. From the moment that my order was being taken all I heard was an attitude. I asked for croissants and was told the kitchen was being cleaned. When I asked if this applied even if I just wanted the plain croissants she said yes. I said ok what kind of donuts do you have all I got was an attitude. Still I placed an order of 3 coffees. When we pull up she starts to repeat the order and when we say it was incorrect as we are trying to repeat our order, girl working the drive through closed the window on my face while I was speaking. Thankfully I hadn’t given her my card. I drive away!

After having terrible experiences at another location, I switched to this one. The few times I've been, the workers have been very pleasant to deal with. Today was no exception, the young woman and man doing the drive through were very friendly, and with service lacking the way it's been other places lately, they deserve recognition for a job well done! Thank you. :)

Got the wrong coffee twice in one morning. First iced, then a plain black coffee. I ordered a signature hot latte. Still never got the correct coffee and left drive through since cashier wasnt coming back to the window...disappointing usually better
Pros; great bagels.Cons: they need to do something about the older gentleman working there. He wears gloves while handling both food and money. He also is always coughing. He coughed right into my bag of food while taking my credit card with his gloves on. I was so disgusted I didn’t even eat it.
