Staff have poor attitudes and look like they hate their job. Drive thru takes a solid 10-15 min every time. They only care about getting mobile orders done on time. You can sit by the speaker to order for 5 min before someone acknowledges you. And if you ask if you can order because no one says anything, they catch an attitude. Horrible.

Giving a 4 because it seems the clerks on duty are on auto pilot. No Good Morning (even I said it first to them) - just "what can I get you?" Even the drive thru clerk - what can I get you. No thanks for coming in or pleasantries at all. And not busy either. I was the only one on line - I think that in today's environment- a pleasant greeting is not too much to ask - especially they raise prices so fast - Really wish people were nicer. Customers provide the money to operate (and give raises). Be nicer

This is the third time I’ve come here in the past month. I used to come almost daily but no longer. I gave them one last shot. I ordered two coffees and four muffins. I told the girl I could hear her because her volume was down or her headset was not functioning. She had no clue. On the screen as I drove up i actually did see 2 corn one blueberry and one coffee cake. I got home and there was one corn two blueberry and one coffee cake. All four muffins had to be at least three days old. They literally cracked into pieces when you touch them. This is about the fourth time I’ve had issues.

I asked for a everything bagel with cream cheese instead I get a hard plain bagel and I asked for everything bagel bites and I received cold plane bites. This is because the people working there were to busy gossiping and swearing instead of getting an order right. Thank you for nothing.

Iced tea used to taste great! Now that you've reopened since the do-over, it tastes terrible. Not sure if you changed brands or what, but wont be getting anymore. Tried twice recently in case it was a bad batch, but still bad. Used to get about everyday in summer. Not happy!
