Darius, the individual who took my order, was horrendously rude. I ordered a coffee with almond milk which they charge extra for. I received my coffee opened it up and it barely had any almond milk. Normally this isnt a big deal at all dunkin because i politely ask if they can add a little more but darius said he has to charge me again for him to put some more. I argued that i already had paid for him to add almondmilk and he refused. Wanting to get back on the road again, i told him i would pay AGAIN but i would like to pour my own almond milk to make sure im satisfied. He agreed i paid, he brought milk over, i tried to take it to pour and he started yanking it and threatened to hit me if i tried to take the almond milk from him. Darius, if you ever read this please know that making tired commuters lives harder isn’t going to make your life any better.

This location is very expensive! Expect to spend $7-8 just on a sandwich.

The only saving grace is the really tall gentleman and the fact that they have French cruellers. Most of the staff is very nice, and very quick. Recently they hired the girl with the glasses who is rude, and never gives the right order. She also has NEVER actually filled my medium orders past 3/4 full.

I cannot judge food experience as we did not eat there but the most welcoming and helping man, a former mecanic engeneer working there helped us with our car’s light. We came from far away and you saved us time and money. THANK YOU and god bless you!

Been driving 5 hours and I really needed a coffee got to this location 25 to 30 minutes before they closed and I could not get a coffee because he said they were closed. And I asked I thought you closed at 10 and he replied yes but I don't get paid overtime and I said it's only 9:35 and he said yes we close at 9:40 and I said I thought you said 10:00 and he said yeah 10 but 9:40 today smh . Not my fault you work for Dunkin ... You chose that job so do it smh

Cash only, Exact change required, no hot food, no sandwiches, etc (the attendant was reading the folks looking at the menu and responding to our mental decision process ?) - why was the place even open is a sad mystery!Being the first Service area on Rte 15 towards NY, this was popular stopping point and of course disappointing.

Second DD we stopped at. First one wasn't even staffed despite being well after supposed opening. Second one didn't have breakfast sandwiches. Don't bother putting on your open lift if you ain't open or have any food. Very disappointed In Dunking, they usually do better than this. Don't stop if Traveling on 15 South, either not open or no breakfast sandwiches.

The owner of this location should pay attention to who and how people are working here. If you come to work with a facial expression that says I dont care about anything, and you are just a moving zombie then you shouldnt go to work at all.

They add extra charges then are completely dismissive of them saying “don’t worry about it.” Well you charged me an extra $5 totaling a large latte for $11 at a Dublin donuts. Which is completely wrong and should be $6.

He asked me 3 times because he kept forgetting my order, and he STILL got it wrong.My order was a black coffee and a cinnamon raisin bagel with butter, very complex.Also the coffee tastes like burnt dishwater.
