Since the change in ownership, there has been a noticeable decline in the level of service provided. Regrettably, my recent experience with their customer service was far from satisfactory. I was treated with a complete lack of importance and felt disregarded. I placed an order for a pizza and wings, only to find myself waiting for an hour without any trace of the order. This unfortunate incident has left me with a clear decision: I will not be patronizing their establishment in the future. It is evident that the change in ownership has had a direct impact on the quality of service offered.

The pizza here really reminded me of like the pizza you’d get in your grade school or middle school cafeteria. Not in a bad way, like in a nostalgic way. The only thing I didn’t like about this place is the price. They’re charging almost the same price for their pizza as higher end places do such as Ernie’s.

One thing that I find very difficult is finding a pizza place that you really like and they consistently stay good. We have found places over the years that we love for a while and then they become inconsistent with the quality. It seems to have happened with every place for the past few decades. I have driven past Mama Rosa's for many years and never tried it out until my child's classmate had a pizza from there and it looked amazing. We decided to try it out and it is now our go-to place for a takeout. They run great nightly specials. They're Philly steak pizza is the best I've had. They season the beef very well and the pizza is a perfect balance. They don't skimp on the cheese. Either( that's something that we've had a problem with where unless you order extra cheese there's not a lot on it). I have never dined in there but always done takeout and the service has been great. They tend to have your food much faster than other places. I highly recommend the Philly steak pizza, their pepperoni's good and has little kick to it, the eggplant parmesan is very good. I look forward to trying more of a variety of items on their menu since there's nothing that we've had that hasn't been good.Kid-friendliness: It has a small dining room but I have seen families in there enjoying the food.Parking: There's a huge parking lot surrounding the restaurant so there is never an issue. SeeWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp that leads up to the door of the restaurant so there should be no issue for anyone in a wheelchair being able to get into the placeDietary restrictions: They have a sign up that they now have gluten-free items available. I know they have pasta that's gluten-free and I believe they can make pizza dough that is gluten free as well.

Underrated! Food here is fantastic, staff are kind, and it has an authentic Italian feeling (The takeout always comes in the classic brown boxes and paper bags, and the interior has Italian-themed decor). Prices seem expensive to me when I order, but I always forget that you get so much food! The regular portion of pasta can definitely be spread out over 2 to 3 meals, plus you always get bread and either a side of soup or salad with your entrée. When you factor that in, it really is a nice deal. I always get takeout, but they do have a seating area for dine-in. However, dining in gives more of a café/pizza parlor feel than a true sit-in restaurant. Still a great spot, would definitely recommend for great casual Italian dining.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options, vegan is probably a bit tougher but still doable.Kid-friendliness: Most dishes come in “kids sizes” and with pasta and pizza I’m sure you can find something for kids of a variety of agesParking: Small (free) lot, spots are close to front doorWheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp to front door from parking lot
