“This place knows how to make it right “We were there last weekend and I mistakenly was given a a coke instead of a Diet Coke and I was already having a bad day with my diabetes so we ended up running home to get my insulin.Anyway, we went back tonight and I can’t believe how great the people were. Dave the manager, Nicole the waitress,And the whole staff to be honest made it an experience they really made us feel comfortable and important.“Very impressive”
This really skinny black guy handed me my plate and he had a fungal infection in his nail bed, his long cockroach nails were soiled, also. The servers had dirty aprons on. The host had little yellow/brown teeth, and acted very sketchy when he sat me and my dad.Kid-friendliness: Do not bring your kids here- There are harsh black criminals who are cold pressing their own fecal matter, and adding it to your baby's little food.

Eating in, everything is great but anytime you order for a pickup / at the bar for togo, things get off the rails. Check my review history, I typically don't speak poorly but after about 6 months of trying to get things right, our orders (to-go) are wrong in one manner or another every time. Missing paid sides, steaks are undersized vs what you eat in store (tried it one day to eat in store and came back later for a to go to see if I was crazy), they tell you there aren't onions or chives on something - but often you find them at home once you unpack everything, etc. The bar tenders and servers are literal Rockstar and never had any issue there but the backend seems to get things mixed or are stuck in an assembly line mindset. To be fair, I've never called them out as we come just before or after lunch rush and I'm sure everyone is rugged out but I feel it's been long enough that something needs to be said after so many attempts. Thanks for the great chow but really fix the ability to double check orders, please. Some of the foods my wife wasn't able to be eaten and I would need to snag another meal for her the same night, though she is dead set on Outback! *Edit* was contacted and currently reaching out to see if they have any action plans for increasing service. Will update.
Just went in for a quick bite. Food was good. I had the bloomin' chicken. Great for a light meal. They're lemonade is refreshing - not overly sweet.

I can't say much about this chain. I have rarely thought that the food is worth the prices. My experience here is a warning. The prime rib sandwich is an embarrassment to the franchise. It is served overcooked and luke warm. I find that the staff should have warned me about it when I ordered it medium rare. The ribeye I ordered after was good, but it didn't have an exceptional flavor I expected from a steakhouse. If you can get it at the grocery store and cook it yourself with better results and less money...Overall, the bartender was nice enough and was handling all of the bar's tabletops and the servers.Will not return when looking for a prime rib sandwich. Not likely for a steak either.

The food was delicious and came out quickly after the order was placed. Waitress was decent. However, I wish she had checked on us a little more. At one point, we were ready for boxes and the check, and it felt like she ignored us.

Marrisa was our server, she was outstanding. You can tell she really likes her job and she cares a lot about her customers. She was very attentive to our table. The food was good, we had had burgers and steaks. The bloom-in onion was all that it is cracked up to be. I would definitely go back to this establishment because the great service that we received.

I went there 3 times to get a classic prime rib dinner, all 3 times they said they didnt have any left.a few times we called there before going and they told us they had it and when we tried to order they said they ran out of it.dont know what kind of steakhouse they run here if they dont have what's on there menu.the manager was very kind to not charge for our meals, and went there another time same thing happened and gave us gift cards to use another time.he was very thoughtful. But that's not what I wanted.i wanted to go to outback steakhouse and have a classic prime rib dinner.very dissapointed tried 3 times to do that at that location, and never got what I asked for.very dissapointed.
