If you are confused by the picture below let me tell you what it is. Bars and bartenders with very low standards will make drinks and then "finger straw" your drink to "make sure it tastes good". This is not okay by any means. If you are following the drink recipe, then it shouldnt need testing. If you are trying a drink you havent made before, try it on your own time or maybe tell the customer you're not comfortable making it.These two women ARE TRYING MY DRINK. I ordered this drink, the bartender made it in front of me, then went about putting a straw in the drink for herself, and then turned to her co-worker and then she tried the drink too. The bartender then put it in front of me smiling. I told her I did not want this drink because I literally just saw her trying it, she then told me "she used the straw and didnt put her mouth on it". I told her I did not want it and quickly asked for my check.I live upstairs at the waypointe. This is maybe my 4th time going to Waypointe and every single time has been a nightmare. I wrote a review on Yelp, and someone named "Ryann" responded but then introduced themselves as Brandon? I truly am so confused with this establishment.

Excellent atmosphere which is warm and astecically pleasing. Service is very attentive and well informed. The food unfortunately fell short with a seafood paella that lacked flavor and substance. Additionally all the small plates were heavily salted eradicating any chance of tasteful nuance. That said had attended with a regular who also was disappointed embarrassingly chalking it up to an off night.

Attended a group event at this location.Parking was extremely easy. There is an indoor lot which is free to park.The food here is amazing. We went for brunch. Plenty of choices in the menu. I got the maple ? syrup bacon ?. Was very yummy. And eggs ? Benedict very good as well. My friends got the potatoes ? {patatas brava} a large portion, the chorizo was also very tasty. Cheese ? croquettes and tortillas española was also very filling. Everything was really good. The waiters were friendly and helpful. They even provided separate checks for each that attended which often is very rare. I would definitely recommend this location in the waypointe area in Norwalk.Vegetarian options: Definitely choices.
One of the best restaurants in Norwalk. The food is good, the Alebrijes cocktail is unworldly. Not 5 stars because the service can be a little more attentive at times. English is a fantastic bartender though and made me an awesome mocktail. The manager (I think said her name was Elena), is also wonderful. Oh and their brunch is super good!!

potato tortilla, mussels, mushrooms and brussel sprouts were very good...shrimp in garlic was ok with small shrimp...mahi mahi was not flavorful and overcooked...very nice back room with tablecloths and terrific servers even though was very busy on a saturday
I want to tell you one situation why. I will never go to Barcelona Wine bar again, my boyfriend had a birthday, and I booked a room and a table in Barcelona for 16 people, everything is great, we are waiting for the holiday, we come to restaurant , and we got 2 separate tables, the guests sit back to back, all are not satisfied, a couple of days before the holiday. I called and asked if we would have a room, to which I was told yes,, you will have 100% , it will be a very terrible experience from the manager's side, I do not recommend celebrating as a birthday, etc., you will be deceived like me!!!!!

Just had the best meal with friends here tonight! We ordered a bunch of different items to share and literally everything we ate was AMAZING! Can't even decide what was my favorite. We had the patatas brava, empanadas, croquetas, and the chorizo. 10/10!! Also the chocolate cake was outstanding. Great drinks too! Loved the atmosphere, great vibes. Will definitely be back!
