Our last Dinner at Pasta Nostra brought back many fine memories of dinners, lunches, Birthday celebrations, Anniversary celebrations, and fun parties. The menu was varied, the craft cocktails and wine lists were excellent, the food tasty with fresh ingredients, desserts delicious, and the service personal and professional. Joe Bruno and his crew will be sorely missed!

Sadly, this is our last time dining at Pasta Nostra as they are closing on August 31. We have dined with them for over 20 years and have enjoyed everything meal, every bottle of amazing wine, and every person who worked at the restaurant thru the years. We thank Chef Joe Bruno for creating something that is not found in the normal restaurant scene. His dedication to his art of food is a lesson for all of us to learn from as he exudes passion about his craft. Thank you Chef for all the great memories that you have gifted us thru the years and for the unique cuisine that you brought to our area. Thank you to all the wait staff, kitchen workers who helped to execute your plan night after night. You all will be missed. Pasta Nostra will remain legendary.

Pasta Nostra has always had great food and service for the past 39 years. A menu with classic Italian dishes, all cooked to perfection. Love the Salad with Gorgonzola cheese, the Baked stuffed Clams and the Linguine with clams. Great pasta dishes.

Pasta Nostra has been the pinnacle of CT dining for 39 years. Alas, they will end their reign 8/31/23. Reservations required. Chef Joe and his amazing staff have always been dedicated to serving the highest quality ingredients, in the cleanest most beautiful restaurant anywhere ! So delicious beyond expectations every visit! Don't miss the wine list! Don't miss your chance to say Ciao. Te Adoro mi amici.

Joe, Wishing you an exciting retirement as you turn the page to future stardom as a local restaurant critic, cookbook author, food whisperer or whatever you choose to do (travel the world food aficionado?). Looking forward to reading your next email! Mark & Gina Esposito

Still the best food in Fairfield County, prepared by a genius of a chef, served by a warm, professional staff. Joe Bruno is incomparable at finding the very best ingredients and turning them into memorable meals.

Cafeteria Italian. They charged $10.00 for bread and oil. Also did not know what pino Grigio was. Will not be going back.

I found the decor to stark and cold. The food was not what I expected after reading the earlier reviews which raved about the food being the best Italian food in the state. Well coming from NY it was subpar. The red wine list was extensive and the Cabernet I had was very good. The white wine selection was limited and the white we had was not good. After getting our check I realized I was charged 10 bucks for bread and oil. Well they can keep it. Not sure if I will give it another try.

Quite simply, the best Italian food and wines anywhere. Unique, rarely seen dishes as well as elevated "classics", and delicious craft cocktails served in a modern, upscale, and chic space. We shall be back!

Another terrific meal at Pasta Nostra. Chef Joe and the crew continue to serve the best meal in Connecticut to a packed house in Norwalk. If you're looking for a slightly out of the box experience for a meal you won't soon forget, this is the place for you!

The best Italian food in CT hands down! Honestly as good or better than what u can get in Italy. Joe is incredibly knowledgeable on wine and food. We've been coming here for over 30 years and there's nothing that compares

Excellent experience. The setting is chic, the menu delicious and the wine list thoughtfully selected. We had the halibut, salmon and gnocchi, all were 5⭐️ The quality of the ingredients and cooking definitely translates to the plate. Truly one of Connecticut best hidden gems.

I went to have dinner Sunday night with my daughter. The service was outstanding, but the food was overpriced for the amount and quality of food they services. After spending $186 I went home To cook because I was so hungry. Is nothing to eat in this “Italia Restaurant”? I will never going back again.

Without a doubt, the best Italian meal in decades. And very reasonably priced. My eggplant Parmagiano was elegant and tasty. My wife’s tuna carpaccio was exquisite. My brother’s calamari was amazingly delicious, and everyone’s pasta perfectly al dente. Thanks, guys!! We’ll be back—from Delaware. Like le Guide Michelin says, “Vaut un détour!”Parking: Very easy parking, even on a busy Friday evening: from I-95, proceed south to the C-town parking lot, from which you enter the restaurant.

Went there with my daughter last night and it was incredible! Fantastic food and drinks and excellent service. The bread, olive oil, the appetizers, the pasta, dessert and drinks were fantastic. I can’t wait to be back.
