The guy that usually works early mornings don't have a clue about what quality service is by remembering what your regular customer orders all the time. The woman making the food is on point! She always has my sandwich ready, she could teach him!!!

It's not really the best Dunkin' Donuts out there, but there are better ones in the area but they really just do the bare minimum for service and it all depends on what time you come in which employees are around because sometimes it can be a hit or miss like whenever I'm making an order they would sometimes get it wrong even when I clearly tell them what I want like if I'm asking for a plain cream cheese bagel why am I getting a bagel with bacon on it and I'm not trying to flame them, but they should really pay attention to taking orders, and when it comes to the inside of the place, it's very small and compact which is OK but when it comes to the tables sometimes they are not cleaned right and there's always food or dried up spill marks on them, so it would be great if they clean them more often.

In my opinion this is the best Dunkin Donuts in Norwalk, CT! I've tried them all but keep going back to West Ave. Eventhough there's no drive through, which is a minor inconvenience, I still opt for them because I know my coffee and iced coffee will taste better. Consistent and fast service.The staff here are also very pleasant.
This is a great Dunkin location! My orders are always correct, no matter whether I order using app or in-person. The customer service and the store's upkeep are on point as well.

I usually place a mobile order 10 minutes before reaching the location to pick up my order. Recently, my order has been wrong more than once. I can't say why, because this location has done a decent job in the past.

It's not that I dislike it it's it's simply Dunkin' donuts. It gets at least an infinite number of more stars then Seattle sludge. But you really expect me to compare a bacon egg and cheese that's pre-made and microwaved to a restaurant that serves me a t-bone with the bone on the handle and Cooks it in front of me over Coals let's be reasonable it's the best chain coffee place in the country and a true American icon and unlike most other Duncan locations these people can get my order correct on the first try without having to call in the McCloud to handle customer service duncan-style
