I was in this location on 10/25/23 and usually I go to the drive thru but today I went inside. Your employee Silvana (sorry not sure of the correct spelling) gave exceptional service, which she usually does. It seemed today they might have been short staffed so the wait time was longer than normal, but she worked extremely hard to get us out within a reasonable time. She was filling multiple orders at once. My friend and I felt bad for her because we could see the stress on her face. But like a trooper she kept it moving. Huge shoutout to her. She should be compensated generously. She usually takes care of me when I go to the drive thru. She is very nice and pleasant. Kuddos to her.Parking: Good parking

It says they close at 10 pm... went there several times at 8 or 830 pm and the lady was closing already. it only happens when it is the lady with the bad attitude's shift.

I’ve gone here many times and enjoy the speed and accuracy of ordering. Staff is always friendly and nice. I enjoy how the mobile ordering ahead is very easy and convenient. Glad they partake in a lot of the promotions on the dunkin app.

Attitude of personnel was horrific, waited half hour at drive-through for two drinks and two flat wraps.Others honking and left without order. We will not visit again when we have other Dunkin choices nearby.

Very poor service. Cashier on cell phone walked away never took order. And never came back had to wait 10 minutes till drive thru cashier came over and took order

I walked into his location hoping to grab a quick coffee upon walking in there was two employees that seen me walk in and not one even one acknowledged me. After about five minutes of me standing there one of them said I’ll give me a minute and I’ll be with you. Another few minutes happen to go by and the employee decides to start taking a drive-through order instead of helping me. So I asked kindly if she could get me a medium regular coffee when she’s done. She replied to me that they have no coffee. I was at a loss for words so I asked for regional managers number and I was brushed off. Honestly I thought I’ve been in some bad Dunkin’ Donuts locations but by far I feel this is the worst this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.
