Went there to purchase a birthday cake from Baskin-Robbins that was a success. However, the process leading up to it was not that great parking is atrocious. The layout is completely disastrous asking for car accidents to happen. The service was extremely slow always waited 30 minutes to purchase this $40 cake.

I used online ordering at this location to try the new loaded hash browns. I selected the option for 'no bacon' as I do not eat pork. I picked up my items drove to my destination only to find my hash browns covered in bacon. I reached out to customer support to get a refund as the item was entirely inedible for me and was suppose to hear back within 2 business days, that was 11/2, it's now 11/7. I've heard nothing. While I understand mistakes happen I would like a refund for the food I was unable to eat.

this is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts location in Norwalk I been too I found a piece of hair in my bacon it was disgusting also all the employees do is just stand on they phone while you wait for your order they are rude with a attitude as you can see the previous reviews they all say the same about that employees they need to be more professional don’t waste your money here

I believe it was Tuesday May 23rd. Ordered via drive up window. Ordered medium hot coffee, light and sweet and a toasted croissant with bacon and cheese. Had a gift card with the remaining balance of $8.16. The guy in the window collecting the money a big Russian like dude said I need an additional dollar and change, so I gave him $2.00. However, I was only short a few cents and he gave me back some change. I am asking him where is the dollar? He say the register said you have to pay that. I let it go, so so once I got home and review the receipt, he kept the dollar for his tip. That’s technically stealing, he stole a $1.00, dude like you need money that that much. Dunkin’ Donuts you better watch out for my man he’s gonna rip you off. I’m gonna drive through again hopefully I get him and I’m a put him in his place. Totally unacceptable.

So I'm disappointed... when you have a hard day and you want to get yourself a treat you should be judged on what your ordering. I already paid for my order... then this rude woman with these crazy long dragon nails comes to the window waving her hands and says "I no make like this, you have to choose". I asked for a small half strawberry half chocolate milkshake. Lazy, rude and doesn't speak English. Normally I wouldn't bring up the language issue but the fact that she gave me attitude and her broken English is really messed up because when you're in-service you're supposed to serve your customers and whether or not you like what they were getting. I tried calling 3 times to speak with the manager and it keeps ringing and no one picks up. Don't go here if you want to be treated with kindness and not judged.
