The coffee IS ALWAYS WATERED DOWN AND THE LATTE'S ARE OVER PRICED. McDonald's coffee is way better. Starbucks latte's are over priced but at least you taste the flavor and their coffee is not watered down. Come on Dunkin you can do a hell of a lot

Last night I went with my friend to get food n drinks from this place! Customer service was terrible,we got our drinks n wait for our food few minutes that took longer than supposed to! My friend went to the counter n asked the guy with glasses for our food n reply with a bad attitude will be ready in a minute!!! So she comeback to the table n she said! That kid got an attitude,so I get up n went to face to him but he can’t look at me!Also if u working in food business u not supposed to eating ur pizza at from everybody!food safety violation if u eating ur food when u serving food by health department

With the 5 star service, smile and class you'd expect at a high end cafe the cashier at the window just served me my Hot Caramel coffee with I had to post 5 stars, of course. Have to add I was so curious to check out what all the fuss was about for Dunkin to have shut down all summer long to remodel this place. I vote it was worth it! Everything is sparkling and well constructed. The new place even smells new and clean! How refreshing! Thank you to whoever remodeled this place you all did a great job! and thank you to the fantastic staff working this afternoon that made a perfect cup of coffee for me - the worlds fussiest coffee drinker and serving it with style and excellence! :)
The worst Dunkin’ I have ever been to. We did drive thru and they completely did a mess with our order putting sugar in a coffee while we did not require it , putting the wrong syrup in another one. I got off the car and I entered the dunkin’ to let them remake me the drink correctly. There was a lady that said “no everything is fine here” and I left with my wrong drinks because i didn’t want to argue anymore. This is not even the first time that they get me a drink wrong
