Don't order a breakfast sandwich here. The sausage was inedible- it was half dark brown and extremely hard. the employee had a smirk on his face the whole time making it, not sure if he gave me this bad sausage patty on purpose, i was very friendly, so i don't know why he would, but you never know. Maybe everyone else will have better luck than I with their breakfast sandwichs.

The owner/manager of this particular location needs to hire crew members ASAP. Dunkin is a great franchise but you are loosing business because your store is understaffed. Your employees are getting pounded with orders and they are frustrated. Honestly is not their fault. They are doing what they can. Management/owner needs to step it up.

The worst service I have ever received in the 20 years I’ve been coming here the last set of workers and manger that were here were the best at there job, that actually cared about there customers!! Ever since they placed a new manager she has been the worst she does not care doesn’t not like to help is always miserable.. never talks to anyone and the service from her is even worse then the actual employees this Dunkin’ Donuts location needs!!!!! A new manger and some new employees that actually care about there customer specially the regulars that come in everyday..

Easy_on_easy_off from exit 16 of i_95 (Connecticut turnpike), drive thru available but no outdoor seating. Plenty of parking on the side and in the rear of the building. There is a dairy queen counter inside this location. The inside space is cozy, comfy and good for groups or for dining alone. Male and female restrooms available inside.

False advertising.... Doesn't matter WHICH store.. Their new snack, crispy bacon, is NOTHING but the fatty greasy bacon they put on their nasty sandwiches. It comes in a grease ball at the bottom of the snack bag No way it could EVER be crispy. I sent a complaint to them and I got a claim #, they responded once looking for store no. When I replied it's ALL the stores I never heard from them again. Even after sending e-mails over and over. DD has gone down hill ever since they got into more n more food. They should just stick to coffee( although getting a good cup is hard) and donuts..
