Just came in to get an ice tea. Morning staff is great and quick when I went to get a latte but just now was not super great. The lady was in the corner on her phone sitting watching TikTok and the guy was sitting at the end on his phone aswell. The place looked dirty aswell . Staff need to work instead of be lazy.

The guy with the tattoos in drive thru is so sweet. I love the girl with the curly hair in drive thru too. I’m a regular and I love this location. Staff are always so sweet here & always resolve things ????

This dunkin is absolutely horrible. Girl got order wrong. There is a girl with a horrible nasty attitude, she basically slammed the order in my hand. This is the worst dunkin I have ever been to. I can't believe how rude she was. Horrible 0/10

I am surprised they haven't closed down. The employee at the drive thru mumbled and felt bothered to answer any questions. After I paid, he gave me the wrong beverage and grudgingly made me a new one after going back and forth with him. The frosted donuts were dumped upside down, causing more than half of the chocolate frosting, to rub off onto the bag. I said thank you and had a window slammed in my face. This was my third time here. The Dunkin' Donuts on Main Ave and Danbury Rd (in Wilton) are much better.

The drive-through service is very terrible. There’s this girl she is very rude, nasty attitude and she gave my husband the wrong drink and then she says that we did a mistake and then she start talking in Spanish like we don’t understand and we understand her 100%. This is not the first time this happened. This is the second time already with this Dunkin donut I would love to talk to somebody there and explain the situation.
Most Dunkins are a bit of a mess, but this place has weirdly good iced coffee, are open 24/7, and the staff are always great. It's my go-to before work.
The people who work here are incompetent and fool around while making your drinks, not to mention you ask for one thing and they will end up giving you the complete wrong thing

I love the green tea. Super healthy, iced or hot. Zero calories! The frozen coffee is unique and delicious. Of course, famous for the huge selection of donuts, glazed being my longtime favorite.Parking: Plenty of spaces close to the store

This place is the worst. I've been coming here for a while now, and the quality just keeps declining. It takes about 15 minutes to get an iced coffee, from a mobile app order, only to receive the wrong coffee or mixed up order. The employees are non-stop chatting and are more focused on themselves rather than the customers. It's a disgrace to the Dunkin Donuts franchise!!!
