I have been a loyal supporter of the Dunkin’ Donuts that it’s down the street from my house so it’s very convenient for me to grab my 1st cup of coffee from here before the renovation. My coffee was always amazing. I don’t know what happened or what staff members were changed, but they clearly do not know how to make a cup of coffee. I have been there roughly about 10 times and I must say that my coffee taste burnt every single time. For me, the last thing you wanna do is burn somebody’s 1st cup of coffee in the morning. We look forward to that coffee and when it’s not done right , it really changes someone’s day . Get it together!

The donuts are overpriced and use about the same level of care in making them as a quick ninja attack. Those that have filling, have very little of it and you're often left eating a cakey, dry feather pillow of a donut. It would cost them such a small amount of money to make a better product you'd think that they'd want to be more desirable to the customers and perhaps they'd attract a whole lot more of them. Dunkin Donuts should spend what might come out to pennies in actual cost to them and they could make a much improved product.

After patiently waiting 10 mins for a coffee, I was finally served AFTER all the online orders were filled, rudely asked what I was waiting for. I calmly repeated my order.After being handed the coffee I asked if it was dairy free due.to an allergy.Was lied to.

Employees are unfriendly. Donuts are now smaller for some reason along with never really being fresh. Hot chocolate was watery and tasted of old coffee a little. Napkins run out and aren't refilled quickly. Sandwich's are burnt with stale bread. Ice coffee light and sweet is never sweet. I gave it serval chances before deciding to write a review. Unfriendly I can take but sub par food, NO!

The woman who works here is rude and slow. Literally 2 customers and she took way too long to make a hot tea. Asked for sugar she gave me a tea bag. I'm not sure if her family owns it but she shouldn't be left alone.
